  1. Disassocation?

Hey, Im 19, female and my favorite types if drugs are ones that make me trip. I tripped on Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) at 900 mgs two days ago. I had a sober trusted friend with me and I had the craziest experience... that I dont remember. He explained all of it to me, and he said he felt himself going crazy watching me talk to people that weren't there, doing things that didnt make any sense, and my words were jumbled and confusing. I also had a "telepathic" experience where I would...
  2. Work Life

Today before work I dosed up on 2.1g of Gabapentin and 440mg of Naproxen Sodium. Normally I dose 6g for recreation. I also acknowledge I would probably be helped if I took the medication therapeutically, yet I am terrified of building a dependency and having withdrawals...that and I enjoy the recreational effects greatly. Anyway, work was beautiful! I didn't have nearly as much back pain as normal. I was supremely calm. We had a crazy "dinner rush" where I was making sandwich after...
  3. The phenibut for daily GAD experiment Entry #7 - Chest pains and phenibut

Entry #7 Well boys and girls, ladys and gentlemen, aliens and other terrestrial beings on the universe, I am still alive and kickin' it. I'm taken back to the day when I posted and decided to do this experiment that risks becoming addicted and feeling withdrawal. I'm not too sure why I decided to do that. My curiosity and inner experimenter must have made me venture too far too soon. I guess I do have some findings on the tolerance buildup and withdrawal as a result. Tolerance in a...
  4. E-cigarettes to increase odds of cessation Part 2

But back on topic my vapor fluid contains natural nicotine among 3-4 other ingredients such as glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycol (sometimes one the other or both) and a colorant. These do cause lung inflammation when vaporized, but so will vaporizing anything. The inflammation I've found does not last long and the air resistance lingers for approx. 20 minutes for myself personally after smoking a vapor pen 2 drags per minute for 12 minutes. I normally don't smoke it this long....
  5. E-cigarettes to increase odds of cessation Part 1

Part 1 of 2 I have been a smoker for 8 years. I've tried to quit 30+ times. I've tried the patch, gum, cold turkey, and the best of all. E-cigarettes. I was able to quit smoking tobacco cigarettes cold turkey while I switched to the vapor pen. Within 1 week of using my technique I am now able to quit cold turkey without withdrawal, without cravings, without triggers. I have done this before and had similar results. I quit for 3 months cold turkey. This time was different, the effects...
  6. Good news for short term phenibut user in terms of physical health

New entry. This entry correlates with my last entry in "The phenibut for daily GAD experiment" but is not about anxiety or my experimentation there. It is about real medical evidence that shows even after abusing phenibut in high doses even for only 1 week after daily dosing of about 250mg twice daily for 1 month, there is absolutely no change in heart function or blood tests. I just recently got over a stint of abusing 3000mg phenibut daily for 7 days. I may have had to even sneak a...
  7. The phenibut for daily GAD experiment Entry #5

Entry #5 Merry christmas to you all! Today was a day that really flexed phenibuts ability to calm my nerves. I'm generally a shy person with or without anxiety. Going to places where I know there are a lot of people, like christmas dinner or a party as in todays case, really riles up my nerves. Thats not to suggest my anxiety is more social/situational its just something every shy person deals with. I normally get over the shyness once I get to the dinner or party and settle in, but I...
  8. The phenibut for daily GAD experiment Entry #4

Its the end of the first week! The past two days have been weird. I tried a 1.5 gram dose on Friday night for sleep. It wasn't a good experience at all. It did work for sleep, but it was not worth it. I felt it hit me 3 hours after dosing with an intoxicating wobbly vision. I was clear headed but eventually became lethargic and threw up from nausea. I dealt with nausea till I fell asleep. When I woke up 5 hours later with an empty stomach and nausea still I forced myself to eat and drink...
  9. The phenibut for daily GAD experiment Entry #3

Entry #3 Still remaining at a dosage of 150-200mg once daily. Tolerance has built up and I no longer feel exaggerated confidence or sense of well-being 24/7. I am more confident in my decision making than before. Anxiety used to make me second guess my every action. I feel stronger physically and more down to earth. Any type of high form phenibut has passed and I'm grateful for that. I want my mood to be stable and normal, but without tolerance everything is far too elevated. I...
  10. The phenibut for daily GAD experiment Entry #2

Entry #2 I should bring to your attention a misinterpretation that might be a result of a horribly named blog. I will likely not end up dosing phenibut daily. Daily dosing of phenibut does not seem like it will be necessary. The first dose I am excited to try my first dose today. I have a bad sleep cycle so I decided to stay awake for 24 hours just so I can be tired enough to get back to bet at a normal time at night. The phenibut surely helped me stay awake all day. Without it I...
  11. The daily phenibut for GAD experiment Entry #1

Entry #1 Background I've been suffering from GAD my entire life with a major Panic Disorder manifesting itself within the past year. Today actually marks 1 year after my first panic attack. The last 5 years of my life have been nothing but careless and out-of-control polysubstance use as I tried every last chemical I could put into my body to try to self-medicate my GAD. After my most recent sentence into the psych ward which was a direct result of my poor unmanaged attempts at...
  12. Drug free existence (compared to usual!)

Can't remember the last time I had any kind of pain meds or illegal substances. Only thing I have now is 30mg Mirtazapine every night. Haven't even touched alcohol until tonight and I am making my way through a bottle of wine. Sometimes i feel that I would love some weed or such like...or some pills. But most of the time life gets in the way of thinking.
  13. Phenibut Taper: Some Results...

Well, obviously anyone who is reading this can see I had good intentions of starting a Phenibut taper log, and that obviously fell through. If nothing else, this is actually a really genuine example of how Phenibut addiction can negatively affect one's life... I did intend to update it, but somehow, somewhere, the benzos meant to taper got used for fun. Memory does not follow well. During the usage of benzos for alleviation of some withdrawal effect, Phenibut dosage was reduced to under...
  14. ferris wheel

when i saw you today, i melted as if you never left, as if i hadn’t once believed i would never touch your face again, as if the years between us only happened in my mind. when we rode the ferris wheel, and i pulled you on my lap, wrapped my hands around your chest, when I brushed your beard with mine, you asked me: what is going through your head?- thank you for not asking twice when i could not unwrap the heavy tongue that was tangled in my throat....
  15. Is this the beginning of the end of my D F Adventure??

I have a hospital appointment tomorrow ( actually, because it's just past 3.a.m. the appointment is in 7 hours) that will hopefully start the ball rolling on what exactly is causing all my hip/back/pelvic bone pain. This pain has been present since November 2009, when I was 36 weeks pregnant. It was diagnosed as SPD, and I was told it would get better after the birth. Well, baby is almost 2 and a half years old, and I still have problems with sitting, standing, walking, turning over in...
