Hello, everyone! I was totally unsure of where to turn, here, so I thought I'd try my luck here. I hope I am using the site properly. Anyway, I've smoked a brands of herbal incense about 4-5 times. The brands were most often a type called "Nola Diamond." Anyway, it's been about a year since my last horrifying experience with the drug in which I hallucinated heavily and experienced an incredibly high heart rate, nausea, and an out of body experience. There is not a day that goes by where I don't regret my actions, beat myself up over them, or fear for my overall health. With all the news surfacing on these products, and how horrible they are for you, and after hearing numerous stories of brain damage resulting from use, I would like to ask the question if I am safe to assume that, after 1 year of the last use and no noticeable changes in myself physically or mentally, I am healthy? I am not an expert in heart and brain science, and would like to ask questions. Is it possible for me to have any damage occur to my brain suddenly as a result of my previous experiments? Again, my last usage was 1 year ago, and no noticeable problems. The scariest part of this for me is the lack of information available on this product or what it can do to one's health. I would like SOME knowledge, anything anyone can give me.
Thank you for reading.

If Drugs-Forum is useful to you, take one minute to keep it online another year by donating whatever you can today. Donations are currently not sufficient to pay our bills and keep the site up. Your help is most welcome. Thank you.
