Drug Lord El Chapo Guzmán Threatens War on ISIS Over Destroyed Drug Shipment

Rating:

Mexican drug lord Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzman has a lot of enemies: the Mexican government, the Drug Enforcement Administration, Donald Trump.

But now the world's most powerful drug trafficker is taking one what is arguably the world's most feared organization, ISIS. Chapo's anger toward the radical jihadist group does not stem from some sense of altruism for the victims of the recent attacks in Paris or San Bernardino, but instead from concerns about his bottom line after ISIS destroyed several of his Sinaloa Cartel's drug shipments moving through the Middle East.

In a harshly worded email to ISIS, which was leaked by the website Cartel Blog, Guzmán sent a stark warning to ISIS leader Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi about messing with the cartel's business.

"You [ISIS] are not soldiers," Guzmán purportedly wrote. "You are nothing but lowly p**. Your god cannot save you from the true terror that my men will levy at you if you continue to impact my operation."

Guzmán added: "My men will destroy you. The world is not yours to dictate. I pity the next son of a whore that tries to interfere with the business of the Sinaloa Cartel. I will have their heart and tongue torn from them. It looks like it's on."

The Sinaloa Cartel is considered the world's largest drug trafficking organization, with operations running throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. In the Middle East, the cartel has become a major provider of cocaine, ecstasy and other so-called party drugs to oil-rich princes and businessmen throughout the region. Islamic State fighters, however, abhor the use of drugs and have systemically been destroying any cartel shipments they get their hands on.

While the group is prolific on social media and in their video output, ISIS has so far not responded to the threats from Guzmán.

In his letter, Guzmán also hints that if he succeeds in destroying the terrorist group then he should be given immunity from prosecution. Guzmán made a highly-publicized escape earlier this year from a maximum security prison in Mexico, where he was awaiting trial on drug trafficking charges.

"It would be ironic that the group who ends up taking out ISIS is El Chapo's drug cartel!" Guzmán reportedly wrote. "They seem up to the task and it could be worth giving immunity to this guy in exchange for him and his boys taking out ISIS once and for all!"

Holy shit. This sounds like it could get ugly really fast. I feel bad for any innocent people that are anywhere near wherever this violence takes place.

If this was a fight, I'd be rooting for the cartel but betting on ISIS.
  2. Alien Sex Fiend
did he just call him a lowly poo?

Remember Celebrity Deathmatch? I'd love to see they continue with Guzman vs Al Baghdadi vs Trump

lol now they're gonna try the patience of people who aren't understanding, forgiving and in the case of the left wing masochistically subservient.

Once again, drugs come to the rescue.

the way i make it, ISIS is for whatever sells religion for them. they seem OK with tobacco, hash and speed, and not cool with opiates and alcohol. Opiates is how previous jihadist organizations made money, and ISIS is a motley crew of remnant previous ones.
Did they learn a lesson about heroin?
In the News it seems middle east in general is cracking down on bars hard. Just last week it was legal in Turkey

I am extremely confident that Chapo can deal with ISIL. He has the resources, but more importantly he has the will to do what is necessary. He has no concept of what "collateral damage" is. He obeys no law but his own. He will not allow himself to be disrespected.

While many people think he is motivated by shear greed, his true motivation is power. He has no real choice but to fight for his turf, cause if he doesn't his successor will. Failure is not an option. No weakness can be shown.

The ISIL folks are a bunch of confused nuts, the cartel clearly knows what it wants and knows how to kill people in power. Chapo also loves his "legend" and chopping off the head(s) of ISIL will only add to that.

Apparently this has turned out to be a hoax (not that the Mail is the most reliable source, but still)... Fuckin media:

Hoax or not...I can't decide if this is going to become the plot line Stallone uses for The Expendables 4, filming an excessive amount of explosions for Jason Statham to survive...or, will it be the backstory to the next installment of Grand Theft Auto, steal cars in Tikrit...

    Okay, wait.

Now the shit in this story has gotten hip-deep.

I picked this news piece from the news service (out of the UK) I've use daily for years, one that always-always has excellent news coverage from throughout the world.

So after reading what Phungy said about it being a false story, I went and researched this particular journalistic train-wreck for myself. Especially since this mess involves one of my least favorite new services of all: Fox News--and owner, Roger Aires.

So I went back to the link I originally went to for this story, Fox News Latina's news page, where I had copied the story and photos for DF; nothing looked at all array on the site I'd been on hundreds of times over the years.

And, amazingly, the announcement on this "fake" page still looks exactly like the actual site, if you go here to the still currently appearing and running story still proudly boasting both a Fox News Latina address and logo.

    [IMGL=white]https://drugs-forum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=47293&stc=1&d=1449869791[/IMGL]

So what's deal? Is something fishy or is it me? My "I don't get it" factors start with but are not limited to:

Why hasn't old Roger Ailes and his stables of lawyers managed to get this "fake" news story off the internet site that looks just like their own as of yet?

Why is the man responsible for putting up this libelous copy doing international interviews instead of doing jail-time for impersonating a news site?

And why does Fox News' retraction not come close to addressing the actual story of what took place, yet the British rag, the Daily Mail, has an in-depth explanation of how Fox News got tied up in this abortion of a news disaster in the first place?

Not sure if some of Donald Trump's supporters at Fox News are all that unhappy (and possibly amused) by this slip-up, seeing how Trump himself will absolutely love to see something like this happen in real life.

It all just makes you wonder who's crazy--and who's crazy like a fox.

That's a pretty damn impressive hoax to pull off!
Wonder if it's the Anonymous group screwing with ISIS some more.

No, the Sinaloa Cartel Doesn't Have Beef with ISIS

According to a report in the New York Daily News, the story originated as a satirical post on a website called Thug Life Videos almost two weeks ago, and went viral when Cartelblog.com picked it up. Unsurprisingly, it didn't take long for a slew of reports to surface with accounts of the email.

Ok, Hoax or not. But are you kidding me?

The Mexican Cartel are very dangerous and all, but against ISIS!!?!?

    Sorry Chapo, no chance.
  13. Joe-(5-HTP)
I'm not sure about that Benzocodone.

The mexican drug cartels have an annual revenue of 40 billion dollars. ISIS is just a renegade group of militia. I'm pretty sure the cartels could win that battle if it was in their interests to do so.
  14. Benzocodone
Idk because of all the innocent people getting killed by these demonic ISIS group.Right now it's the WORLD against ISIS, and yet. They're still in full force.

I'm definitely always going to be against ISIS. As a Christian, I'm VERY VERY VERY upset because they're killing my people!

I'm not undr estimating the Mexican Mafia/Cartel, they're 100% dangerous and strong.

But, like I said, everyone is against ISIS right now. Yet, they're still killing lots of people.

I wish they all get destroyed and burn in hell.
  15. soso
I'm Very very very upset with isis too, they've been really naughty lately lol

El chapo couldn't take on isis in any real way. They're on opposite sides of the world ffs
Cartel good at terrorising community's and beheading farmers but not really ready to go to the Middle East to fight isis.
  16. AKA_freckles
I'm so disappointed that this isn't true.

I hate bloodshed as much as the next sane person, but if the cartel took out ISIS that would be amazing.

Also, there's actually a cartel blog?

Edit - my 500th post. Yay!
  17. Benzocodone
I don't see WTF is so funny about that. I mentioned that I'm really upset with ISIS because they're killing innocent people (mostly Christians).
Those innocent people I call MY people, as a Christian, I stand tall and proud.
But when a demonic group like ISIS about killing Christians and other innocent people, there's NOTHING funny about that.

That 'lol' you put on your post about you stating that you're also upset with ISIS, what was the 'lol' for?
  18. soso
Sorry benzo it just the way you worded it made me laugh. Very very very upset! Sounds like how a mother would talk to a child more than someone talking about isis. If you don't tidy your room I'l be very very very upset!
I apologise for my stupid sence of humour and will edit it out of my post.
As for you being a Christian, well I'm sorry about that too lol
  19. Joe-(5-HTP)
I'm an atheist, but I care just as much about the Christians killed by ISIS as I do the others killed by ISIS.
  20. perro-salchicha614
I know, I don't see why it matters what the victims' religion is. Terrorism is equally unconscionable regardless of who the victims are.

And no offense to any Christians on here, but the last line of your post is priceless, soso. :D haha
