1. Dear Drugs-Forum readers: We are a small non-profit that runs one of the most read drug information & addiction help websites in the world. We serve over 4 million readers per month, and have costs like all popular websites: servers, hosting, licenses and software. To protect our independence we do not run ads. We take no government funds. We run on donations which average $25. If everyone reading this would donate $5 then this fund raiser would be done in an hour. If Drugs-Forum is useful to you, take one minute to keep it online another year by donating whatever you can today. Donations are currently not sufficient to pay our bills and keep the site up. Your help is most welcome. Thank you.

The Senate approved a bill expanding when law officers are allowed to search dwellings for the manufacture of methamphetamines. State law now restricts such warrant-authorized searches to 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The proposed law would allow searches between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

The measure, Senate Bill 432, goes to the governor for his consideration. It passed 43-1 in the Senate. It earlier passed in the House, 101-0.

does this mean they don´t need reasonable suspicion, or what, im pretty much confused, like arn´t thay allowed to search at anytime as long as they got a warrent?

I guess it previously had t o be a curteous time for the search to take place. How convenient.
