Four men have been arrested following the seizure of cannabis during searches in Meath, Dublin and Westmeath.
The garda operation began at around 2.30pm when a car was stopped and searched on Main Street, Dunboyne, Co Meath. Three kilos of cannabis was discovered.
Two kilos of the drug were later discovered during a follow-up search at a premises in Dunboyne.
Further searches were carried out a two houses in Huntstown, Dubin 15 and Athlone, Co Westmeath and six kilos of cannabis was recovered.
The total value of the drugs found is estimated at €120,000.
Two men in their 40s and two aged in the 20s were arrested and are being detained at Blanchardstown and Finglas Garda Stations.
