found after arrest, police say
An Allentown drug dealer's arrest Wednesday led to a woman's city home where she kept hundreds of bags of heroin for him, police said.
Gerald Roth, 25, of 914 Allen St. was arrested at 12:05 p.m. at Fifth and Cedar streets, Allentown, after undercover police arranged to meet him there for a drug deal, police said.
Roth had just been seen on Cedar Street with Sandra Tocora, 26, of 526 W. Greenleaf St., police said. She gave officers permission to search her home, where the heroin bags, 7 grams of crack cocaine and cash were found, police said.
Roth was charged with possession of heroin with intent to deliver, possession of heroin, criminal use of a communications facility -- a cell phone, and conspiracy.
Tocora was charged with possession of drugs with intent to deliver, possession of drugs and conspiracy. Police said she acted as Tocora's lookout and keeper of the drug inventory.
Roth was arraigned Wednesday by District Judge Jacob E. Hammond and sent to Lehigh County Prison under $50,000 bail. Tocora also was arraigned by Hammond and released on $20,000 bail.
