A Chandler man drugged his girlfriend and branded his initials into her vagina while she was passed out, police say.

Christopher Lynn Jackson, the owner of a landscaping business called Lawn Tamers, "bragged" to his now-ex-girlfriend about doing the same thing to other girlfriends in the past, according to court documents obtained by New Times.

Although the incident occurred in May, she just recently reported it to police. An examination showed that the letters "C" and "J" were still "clearly" branded to her vagina, according to court documents.

The woman told police the two of them went to a baseball game together, and after the game, Jackson wanted to go dancing. The woman told Jackson she was too tired to do that. He "offered her a pill to energize her," according to court documents.

Not feeling energized after taking the pill, Jackson gave her two more. The woman passed out shortly after taking the other two pills, according to court documents.

She woke up in Jackson's bed in severe pain, and discovered that Jackson had branded her. She said she saw Jackson with the branding equipment and butane torch, according to the documents.

The woman told police that Jackson "bragged" to her that he'd done that to other girlfriends in the past and explained to her that he wanted to do the same thing to her because "her vagina was his," court documents state.

Although Jackson did not speak to police after being arrested, police did serve a search warrant and recovered the branding tools and butane torch.

Jackson, 49, was booked into jail on a charge of aggravated assault with serious physical injury.:

What a dick! And now she's scarred for life.

I'm pretty sure he didn't brand her vagina, but her vulva. Why does nobody make that distinction?
  3. dihydromoron
Just what I was thinking, that's like saying you got your arsehole pierced.
  4. garda_charas
That distinction still does not justify the act and I think in all fairness his private parts should also be branded. Fair is fair. Lets see what the law thinks about the matter but really, how sick a person can be?
  5. Großschmackhaft
Did anyone claim it was justified? The only post here which is depicting any genital mutilation as justified happens to be yours.

^ and it sounds as though she may be atleast his third victim. The other two having kept quiet
The guy is signing vaginas like an artist would a painting.. he doesn't seem to have trouble moving on from the women or the classic stalker traits..

I think it could be argued that his actions constitute aggrevated rape. He drugged her and gained satisfaction from damaging their sexual organs...

The poor woman in question is a victim.

Regardless of the fact that she waited for a lengthy period of time to report what she has suffered, there is evidence that she has been genitally mutilated.

Sometimes victims of domestic and/ or sexual violence do not report what they are (and have been) suffering, and can be fearful of reporting it to the police for fear of violent retribution, low self esteem, due to the psychological effects of prolonged and systematic abuse perpetrated by their abuser, or a worry that their complaint will not be taken seriously by law enforcement.

I think we would do well here to take these factors into account before judging the victim's timing in reporting what appears to be a heinous act perpetrated on her.

I feel it would be highly beneficial for the case if other women that this man may have attacked can have the high moral courage to also report what they have suffered to the police.
My thoughts, and compassion are with the victim in the article as well as those who may have suffered similarly.

It's fucking depressing to me that I'm on the same board as people who seemingly dont have enough good taste to keep from commenting on news like this with in their views funny comments about mutiliation and sexual perversions.
this here is not the first time, poeple's comments nearly made me vomit.
Last one I remember was the Horse-Man thread.

Can we either stop posting this stuff only because it is 'possibly' connected to someone being drugged or, what would be the better idea, stop having these impossibilities commented with 'childish' remarks , thinking thery were justified by being high at the time of posting ?

Shame on those who do. Time and again when it's these topics I am seeing the same names commenting. This is making me think.

Robo, there is a difference between dark humor and saying something that is, well disgusting and tasteless. There is definitely evidence that this woman was in an abusive relationship. Mental abuse and physical. Now that she is improving her life by fighting this disturbed individual, she will continue living with the mental scars and the physical scars.

There are some sick people in the world. I wonder if the brands can be removed by a doctor?
  11. upnorthhillrod
Every girl he did this to should get to put their full iniatials down his cock..... its probally to small for more than one name though so maybe the others could brand his scrotem?
  12. scartissue_68
Good that they finally have this guy in jail. This kind of mutilation is a hallmark of those who escalate their actions all the way to serial rape and murder. I hope the authorities see the connection and call in the experts on this kind of crime.

The "this vagina is mine" comment is right out of the FBI Behavioral Science profile of an organized sexual deviant.

Alleged Vagina-Brander Had Sex With a Dog, Sheriff's Office Says

The Chandler man accused of branding his initials into his girlfriend's vagina has been arrested again, this time for allegedly having sex with a dog.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office says detectives served a warrant on 47-year-old Christopher Lynn Jackson's house yesterday, and recovered videos that "clearly show" Jackson and two women "performing various sex acts with a male German Shepherd."

The Sheriff's Office says the information about the alleged bestiality came as a result of Jackson's arrest for using hot irons to brand his initials into his girlfriend's vagina.

New Times first reported the allegations against Jackson. The ex-girlfriend told investigators that Jackson took her to a baseball game back in May, and after the game, Jackson wanted to go dancing.

The Sheriff's Office didn't disclose what exactly led to detectives' discovery that Jackson -- the owner of a landscaping company called Lawn Tamers, as well as a ballroom-dancing studio -- allegedly engaged in bestiality.

Detectives also arrested one of the women seen in the dog-sex video, 61-year-old Josephine Erikson, who was "seen in the videos orally copulating and engaging in intercourse with the dog," MCSO says.

The German Shepherd, which is Jackson's pet, was removed from the home. Jackson's bond was set at $30,000 in the new bestiality case.

I am grateful to those women and men whose duty it is to watch such videos so others don't have to.

    what is this?
The guy has been arrested again?

Which means they have let him out again?
How sick can judges be to set a genital-brander and people-humiliator free?

An obviously viscious pervert who only waits to commit further crimes of this kind?

    I am catching for breath.
    Poor America.

A coloured pot-smoker would still be in. or is that only my prejudice?
Americans , co-members - can YOU explain that to me?

You hit the nail on the head- acts of sexual violence in the US are often punished with a slap on the wrist while nonviolent drug crimes carry severe sentencing.

I think that gender inequality plays a big part in the way that crimes of sexual violence are dealt with. If men were being victimized by sexual violence to the extent that women are- things would be much different. This case is especially interesting to compare, this man mutilated several women's genitals and was realized to go on committing sexual crimes. Any crimes involving women mutilating men's genitalia (such as the abused wife who cut her husbands penis off) become media sensations and are taking much more seriously.

    So very sad.
  18. Großschmackhaft
Yes, i can explain it. You see, in the United states, noone is considered guilty until they have been judged guilty by a court of law. People held in jail before their sentence are not there for punishment, but to ensure they do not flee until their trial has been concluded. If a suspected perpetrator is believed unlikely to elude justice this way or commit more crimes, they are given the opportunity to remain in relative freedom until their guilt and punishment is determined. They can be bailed out, meaning that have to pay an insurance fee called a bond and in some cases have a third person vouching for the suspect.

The severity of their crime is irrelevant for the granting of bail in many states, what counts is the likelihood for them to flee - although obviously this is more likely with more severe crimes that have high mandatory sentences. While people are regularly offended because of the temporary bailing out of certain perpetrators, this system is unlikely to get abolished anytime soon, since it has a great many advantages:

Since a sizeable portion of the suspects apprehended by the police are not actually found guilty, this system saves many innocent suspects weeks or months of their life that they would otherwise have to spend in jail. It means that fewer people have to be imprisoned, which results in lower costs for the taxpayer and jails that are less crowded, improving the living conditions of their inmates. It means people are free to go to work or care for their children.

So let's wait for the trial to be over and his sentence determined. Before that, lamentations of injustice are premature.

Why do poor black potsmokers land in jail? Because they often cannot afford the bail (which is mostly not (entirely) refundable), and because they may not be wealthy owners of landscaping firms like Mr. Jackson who would lose a lot by running away and are thus less likely to stay put and attend their trial. Because they may not have have children and relatives they may want to continue seeing. The discrimination here is not made along the lines of race or type of crime, and although i find it evident that some discrimination exists, it does not mean the system as such has no worthwhile merits. And actually, very few people still land in jail solely because of the possession of cannabis.

So no, there is no reason to call any judge involved in this "sick". Jackson is a US citizen and until his guilt has been determined, he has the same rights as all other US citizens. The only reason he may be stripped of those rights would be if he was likely to flee, which the responsible judge estimated to be small enough to warrant the risk. Seeing as how the police arrested him again without difficulty, this estimation seems to have been correct.

As a US citizen I couldn't disagree with you more.

First and foremost, people are denied bail every day for reasons far less offensive than mutilation charges. Whenever a "celebrity" is stalked, bail is denied. When someone is accused of even possibly saying they will kill a senator, governor, representative, they wind up in jail, no bail set.

This guy accused of genital mutilation. A few of his other credible victims have come forward with proof--very close to beyond the shadow of a doubt--that should have thrown up equal red flags to any judge in his right mind since mere verbal threats are quite sufficient to Keep any accused offender in jail until the day of his trial. Since this man has a record of violence towards women, he should never have been set free, in any of the 50 states. He's also a suicide threat because of the national attention this has drawn to him.

Each case that comes up before a judge is at the discretion of that judge. In my humble opinion, this magistrate screwed up BIG TIME, if for no other reason than to set precedent against such a "most likely" guilty brutalizer.

And lastly and most importantly, this article has no place on a drugs-forum. Just because the lady in question was "drugged" prior to the alleged incident does not make this a drug story. DF is not the National Enquirer or the UK Mirror. We would hope this site has a higher standard of carrying drug-related news and not trash meant only for the bin.

  20. Großschmackhaft
I just explained how the bail system works and why it is in place. If you have misgivings about how it is implemented, that is another matter. Not being a US citizen, i have no influence on the democratic process governing those things, while you can at least petition your representative in the government to abolish bailing out suspected sex offenders if you feel this is important.

I agree this forum is the wrong place for articles like this one. Drugs were not the cause for those deeds.
