A 43-year-old man has been charged with with possessing mephedrone with intent to supply.
He is expected to appear at Craigavon Magistrates Court on 21 May to face two charges.
The man was arrested following police searches in a number of properties in Lurgan and Waringstown on Tuesday where £30,000 of mephadrone was found.
Two men, aged 24 and 25, who were also arrested after the same raid are being questioned.
A woman who was arrested has been released on bail.
A ban on the synthetic stimulant mephedrone came into force across the UK on 16 April 2010.
The drug and its related compounds are now Class B substances after measures were rushed through Parliament.
