MISSOULA - The Missoula Drug Task Force seized numerous items from a medical marijuana caregiver and business owner who is believed to be forging documents and tampering with public record information.
The drug task force raided the Montana Caregivers Network late last week.
A search warrant outlined several items that were seized from the business and its owner, Jason Christ.
These items seized include a computer, hard drives, blank forms with only a doctor's signature, doctor files, bank deposits and voided checks.
In the search warrant, prosecutors say the drug task force spoke with several former employees hired by Jason Christ.
The employees told law enforcement Christ has blank, pre-signed medical marijuana doctor statements.
These employees also said Christ altered checks written by customers for medical marijuana filing fees and added other patients on the memo line.
