Three people are now facing charges after police discovered a major marijuana growing operation behind a Bokoshe, Okla. trailer house.
An undercover agent says he discovered 37 pot plants, some as big as 10 feet tall. Lesa Smith was arrested and a warrant was issued for her husband Brian Smith. Harold Rutledge was also taken into police custody, after leading police on a foot chase.
All three face drug cultivating and possession charges. Extra charges could be filed, since a 16-year-old was also living at the house where the grow operation took place. Police say a warrant has been issued for the capture of one more suspect.
