New Orleans, LA- New Orleans Police got more than 45-thousand-dollars worth of high-grade marijuana off the streets.
Detectives with the Seventh district along with ATF agents seized about a hundred marijuana plants from a home on Dwyer road.
They say that led them to another home in New Orleans East where they found 15 pounds of packaged marijuana ready for sale.
Detectives say this was all from a massive indoor growth operation.
"This was a very elaborate set up everything from beginning of growth. As you see we have baby plants, they have the lighting system the water irrigation system and the ventilation system all this was plugged into the electrical system of the residence." said 7th District Commander Michael Harrison.
One man was arrested and charged for cultivating marijuana and possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Detectives say they also found assault rifles, handguns and ammo at the two residents.

If Drugs-Forum is useful to you, take one minute to keep it online another year by donating whatever you can today. Donations are currently not sufficient to pay our bills and keep the site up. Your help is most welcome. Thank you.
