I have spent almost a week in hospital, encased in a ward surrounded by farting, snoring, complaining old women.
Since January i've been having chest pains on my right side, just under and behind ribs. Medications prescribed or otherwise have had no effect, and on the night of being admitted my husband called the ambulance as the pains were the worst i'd ever had.
Ultrasound scan didn't bring any solutions, just more questions - they've discovered something 9mm in there so I'm awaiting a CT scan.
I'm now home, and really struggling to get back into normal life. Everything seems hypersensitive, hectic and too fast for me to comprehend. The world i live in now seems to be an assault on the senses, a busy, rushed chaotic place that i am struggling to keep up with.
Dear Drugs-Forum readers: We are a small non-profit that runs one of the most read drug information & addiction help websites in the world. We serve over 4 million readers per month, and have costs like all popular websites: servers, hosting, licenses and software. To protect our independence we do not run ads. We take no government funds. We run on donations which average $25. If everyone reading this would donate $5 then this fund raiser would be done in an hour. If Drugs-Forum is useful to you, take one minute to keep it online another year by donating whatever you can today. Donations are currently not sufficient to pay our bills and keep the site up. Your help is most welcome. Thank you.
