1. Dear Drugs-Forum readers: We are a small non-profit that runs one of the most read drug information & addiction help websites in the world. We serve over 4 million readers per month, and have costs like all popular websites: servers, hosting, licenses and software. To protect our independence we do not run ads. We take no government funds. We run on donations which average $25. If everyone reading this would donate $5 then this fund raiser would be done in an hour. If Drugs-Forum is useful to you, take one minute to keep it online another year by donating whatever you can today. Donations are currently not sufficient to pay our bills and keep the site up. Your help is most welcome. Thank you.

Police crackdown on interstate drug syndicate

Police have laid 128 charges against ten people from Western Australia and New South Wales as part of six month operation on an interstate drug syndicate.

WA and New South Wales police seized about $1 million in drugs, seven guns, diamonds and almost $500,000 in cash.

Police have also seized a property in Perth's north eastern suburbs, which they allege was being used to distribute drugs.

Detective Inspector Alan Morton says it is alleged drugs were being moved from New South Wales to WA.

Drug dealing to these people is all about greed and getting the maximum amount of money they can possibly get they're driven by necessity, he said.

If someone shares that same thought process and they work collaboratively to get the drugs into this state and then distribute them locally, that's what happened in this case.
