1. Dear Drugs-Forum readers: We are a small non-profit that runs one of the most read drug information & addiction help websites in the world. We serve over 4 million readers per month, and have costs like all popular websites: servers, hosting, licenses and software. To protect our independence we do not run ads. We take no government funds. We run on donations which average $25. If everyone reading this would donate $5 then this fund raiser would be done in an hour. If Drugs-Forum is useful to you, take one minute to keep it online another year by donating whatever you can today. Donations are currently not sufficient to pay our bills and keep the site up. Your help is most welcome. Thank you.

BARDIBAS: Police destroyed the hashish saplings planted at around 13 bighas of land in two VDCs in Mahottari district.

Police personnel from Mahottari District Police Office and Armed Police Force of Border Security Office were deployed in Kolhuwa Bagiya and Bhatauliya VDCs to destroy the hashish planted in the local farm.

According to Chief District Officer Ram Krishna Subedi, the team has destroyed the hashish planted at 8 bighas of land in Ward No. 7 and 8 of Kolhuwa Bagiya VDC and five bighas of it in Bhatauliya-7.

NOTE: in Nepal a Bigha generally equals about 8,316.8 m² or 89,522 sq.ft . So if my math is right 13 bighas = ~26 acres.
