Police Say Illinois Man Sexually Abused His Peacock

  1. Rob Cypher
A man from northwest suburban Roselle, in DuPage County, faces a charge of misdemeanor animal cruelty after police said he sexually abused his pet peacock.

David Beckman, 64, of the 600 block of East Devon Avenue, was charged with the crime after police learned the bird died while they were investigating Beckman about an alleged case of indecent solicitation of a child.

Details surrounding the case with the peacock, reportedly named Phyl, were unclear Friday, as investigators said it was part of the case involving the child, the Daily Herald reported.

Court records confirmed Beckman faces three charges of harassment by telephone, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of marijuana possession, attempted indecent solicitation of a child, cruelty to animals, and two counts of battery.

He remained in the DuPage County Jail on Friday on a $10,000 bond. An arraignment was scheduled for June 12.

Thats going to reflect badly on the marijuana community lol.

What a vague news reference. What do you get when you mix a paedophile, a bag of weed, and a peacock?

One dead bird, a guy in jail, and nothing more mentioned about the case.

People do the craziest shit on and off drugs and they will get to that stage without any drugs as likely as with. Often time a drug merely speeds up or enhances an underlying sickness that is already there. It does not add any new deeply rooted sickness. Sure, it can make you paranoid and delusional etc. but those are temporary effects while using. No drug have ever been reported to create an attraction to or lust for birds (or other animals), kids, inanimate objects or any other weird sexual urges.

So if you are someone like this, with unhealthy and crazy urges, you need to find serious help fast because its not the drugs. It's you. It's always been you. The drugs just make it visible. It would however be decent of you to stop the drug use so that the world can stop blaming crazy shit on drugs, while totally disregarding the statistical fact, that the majority of drug users never have, or consider to have, cock fights with peacocks when they're high. They just don't.

I don't even think this guy's sickness was enhanced by cannabis. I mean just look at his eyes.

If you saw this man on the street, would you not think "Oh man, that guy looks like a total peacockfucker! What an unmatched example of peacockfuckery! Yeah, i bet he fucks peacocks all day long. And maybe children."?

He probably smoked the mj because it alleviated his crazed desires to fuck peacocks, that poor sick bastard.

just one small drug reference attached to a bad story and everyone starts puffin out their chest. Relax. The guy probably smoked because he enjoyed it, just like anyone else. Other activities were probably totally unrelated.

This is a perfect example of how people that are sick, twisted, and disturbed have their illness buried by unfair claims towards drugs they might have taken being responsible. We all know it.

Common, we all know by now that it's not the drug that causes the mental issues (as said above) but that some people who have the mental issues also do drugs. Also like someone already said, you can tell from this guys blank and almost insane stare that the lights are on but no one is home. The whole thing about molesting children and there being a connection in any way to mental illness can be argued for a long while depending on peoples opinions, knowledge of psychology, and experiences. The whole part about mental illness and people having sex with animals can also be argued at length.

When it comes down to it, even if it were the drugs that were causing these issues for this person (which in my opinion it's not) then that would be because of how an individual with their own chemical/s balances are, not because of the drugs. This is also another example where people who strive to fight "the war on drugs" and are on the "against drugs" side can use terrible situations like the one in this article as a standing ground to try and fight against drugs with lies and playing on how people feel about the issues.

It's all bullshit, the guy is screwed up in the head, drugs are not to blame, and I would be sickened if somehow people in today's day and age can buy that marijuana caused this guy to do what he would already be doing.

This is just my opinion of course, who knows, maybe it's some research chemical (cause we all know how much molesters love drugs) substance. Again, we also already know that older people that want to screw anything that has colorful feathers or molest children LOVE their research chemicals. It's the perfect scape goat. No reason to continue on with the lies about drugs and keep the propaganda of the dangers of drugs going.

Well I know it's bad luck to have peacock feathers in your house. Is it bad luck to fuck a peacock as well? Probably. They're horrible birds anyway, loud and mean. Not that they deserve to be raped.

Guy's a total pervert, he fucks kids and animals. He's not going to have a pleasant time in jail.

Speaking of goats, there was that guy who raped his neighbors goat while high on bathsalts...

I used to have a parrot and a dog- as well as a cat- in a fight- while the dog and cat seemed bigger- that parrot could peck hard enough to break skin.

    And it hurt.

This story sounds more likely to be with bath salts... Has anyone herd of the Kentucky guy in Florida that was eating someones face off. It was in the news I think 2 years ago he was on bath salts at least they said. Crazy stuff man!
  11. Großschmackhaft
Actually, the reports of the cannibal having consumed designer drugs were based on the story of a police officer dealing with the incident. Later it was found out that there were no indications for the use of bath salts and that the officer made the story up. The perpetrator was tested for drugs, with the result that he only had consumed marijuana, some time in the past.
