A man and a woman have been charged with drug cultivation and supply offences after police allegedly located cocaine, ecstasy and cannabis at a home in Sydney’s eastern suburbs yesterday.

About 9.15am detectives from Botany Bay Local Area Command executed a search warrant at a home in Dudley Street, Pagewood, in relation to the alleged cultivation and supply of drugs.

Police will allege they located and seized 40 cannabis plants and more than 1kg of cannabis leaf on both floors of a two storey workshop at the rear of the house.

Police also allegedly located and seized amounts of cocaine and ecstasy.

The estimated potential street value of the seized drugs is $150,000.

A crime scene was established and the workshop was forensically examined.

A 46-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman were arrested at the scene and taken to Mascot Police Station.

The man was charged with nine offences including one count of cultivating a prohibited drug and four counts each of supplying and possessing prohibited drugs.

The woman was charged with four offences including two counts of supplying a prohibited drug and one count each of cultivating and possessing prohibited drugs.

Both were refused bail and are due to appear at Parramatta Local Court today
