    Two Injured In Attempted Robbery At Marijuana Dispensary

    WESTWOOD—Two people were injured in an attempted robbery at a medical marijuana dispensary on Friday, September 18.

    Richard French, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department told Canyon News that on September 18 at around 4:45 p.m. at the 11300 block of West Pico Boulevard two people were shot at a medical marijuana dispensary in an attempted robbery.

    Investigators do not know how many robbers were there, but they are described as African-American males. They shot two victims and this incident is not gang related.

    The first victim was shot in the head and shoulder and the second victim was shot in the leg. Both victims were taken to UCLA Medical Center in critical condition. Police have no report on their current condition.

    Police are still investigating and have no updates at this time.
