A SOPHISTICATED cannabis farm has been uncovered in a raid on a detached home in Prestwich.
The recent discovery of the drugs factory at the house in Thornley Road is the sixth made by police in the borough in the last few months.
A large quantity of cannabis was seized from the semi-detached house in Thornley Road, a quiet cul-de-sac off Heywood Road.
A complicated system of lights, fans and vents was being used to keep the plants healthy.
Noone was in the property at the time of the raid, and no arrests have yet been made.
Cannabis farms have already been discovered in Wingate Drive, Whitefield, Overbrook Drive and Heywood Road in Prestwich, two in Lichfield Drive, Prestwich, and one in South Bank Road, Bury

If Drugs-Forum is useful to you, take one minute to keep it online another year by donating whatever you can today. Donations are currently not sufficient to pay our bills and keep the site up.
