Detection times for most drugs
are around 3-4 days (and that's with heavy use). Only highly lipid-bound drugs (such as cannabinoids
) stick around longer than that.
A single use of methamphetamine
going to show up 5+ days later, especially on an immunoassay urinalysis.
And route of administration really doesn't affect detection times significantly enough to make any difference. The only one that may is subcutaneous injection
which could prolong detection time, especially if an adjuvant is used.
