I apologize in advance if this has been answered before, but there seems to be conflicting information.
Someone (who is not me) is prescribed Vicoprofen and Duragesic for chronic pain. For whatever reason, that person ran out of Vicoprofen.
A friend offered this person some morphine
cr, 100mg. which the person cut into tiny pieces and took in lieu of his/her usual Vicoprofen (for about five days. No more than 75 mg. daily total). Bad decision, no question.
Person has since had Vicoprofen script filled and takes appropriately.
Person is now scheduled for a preemployment 9 panel urine screen, lab administered.
Person took last morphine sliver 24 hours ago. Has 48 hours to have test done.
1) Will the morphine show up as a separate drug
2) Will the Vicoprofen trigger a positive?
3) If a positive result is obtained, should the person's Vicoprofen script cover that issue or will lab result show morphine use?
To clarify, the test will be done 72 hours after last ingestion of morphine.
Thanks in advance for any reliable information.

Can't edit above.
The test is actually five days from last ingestion of small dose of morphine after approx five days use. Does that increase his/her chances of the morphine NOT showing up?
And yes, the person understands the stupidity of the use.
