First off, why would you need DXM
to hit you faster? If you need it stronger, go for grapefruit juice.
B Vitamins aren't going to do anything.
1: they don't "speed up digestion", to be honest, other then cooking and fermentation, I don't think there is any way of speeding up the break down of food in the body.
2: If they did, it would be well known. B-vitamins are taken everywhere by tons of people, especially drug
users trying to "pre-load" for various reasons. Someone in the past 20 years would have noticed this effect and reported it. We aren't talking about mega-dosing some sort of exotic spice
here (see info on Turmeric), but a very common supplement.
where did you get this idea from?
Personally I think a little light food in the stomach is good, helps wit nausea and honestly doesn't slow absorption down as much as people act.
