I know increased heart rate isn't exactly a good thing for long periods of time, but as long as you're healthy and young I'd imagine it's no big deal. It's when you're older, have a history of heart issues in your family, and when your increased heart rate is irregular that you should be concerned.
Remember too, that all that increase in heart rate means you're burning energy. From what I've read and experienced protein is key and not only helping your liver cope with processing meth
(and other baddies), but also in recovering from long meth highs (depletion, lack of appetite, and so on).
is no doctor, but SWIM's husband researches everything in an OCD-like fashion. SWIM knows meth is bad (but it's so GOOD!), so SWIM compensates in treating her body well otherwise. :P
