Since there isn't a thread about fentanyl experiences, SWIM decided to make one. Please post SWIY's experiences with fentanyl here. Please also mention dose, method of administration and effects. SWIM starts out with his own experience.
SWIM got 10 fentanyl blotters for free from a friend from America in return for a favor. The blotters are 100ug each. SWIM has never tried fentanyl before, and was eager to give it a try, so last thursday he took a blotter which gave him one of the best opiate experiences yet. This time SWIM is going to describe his experience in a experience report and post it.
T 23:46 SWIM placed the blotter under his tongue, so the fentanyl would be absorbed sublingually. SWIM is going to keep all the spit that's produced in his mouth and that might contain fentanyl in his mouth, instead of swallow it, so it won't be wasted by letting it absorb orally, since the oral bioavailabillity is very, very low, while sublingual is very high.
T 23:56 SWIM is feeling the first effects, some warmth throughout his body and a good feeling, though they are quite subtle yet. SWIM knows from his previous experience with the fentanyl blotters that he is going to feel it very intense very soon, he'll be peaking in 20 minutes.
T 00:06 The effects are more pronounced. SWIMs face feels very warm to him, and he is starting to feel the cozy, stoned opiate feeling. The effects are steadily rising in strength, though a bit slower than he expected, maybe SWIM has developed some tolerance due to the fentanyl he took thursday, and the morphine he took tuesday. He also took some pentazocine a week
ago, but no other opiates in the months before that.
T 00:16 The effects haven risen in strength some more. The effects have risen linear since he took it, but maybe he made a misjudgement in the time it took to peak, SWIM hopes he did, cause he isn't really feeling it strong yet. The warm feeling in SWIMs face has become even warmer, and the cozy opiate feeling that makes him want to crawl under a blanket and listen
to some mellow music has increased as well, so SWIM is going to get a cold glass of spring water and listen to some Coldplay and Massive Attack, which are his favorite bands to listen to when on opiates, especially the mellow album Parachutes from Coldplay. SWIM is starting to feel good and content too, this feeling has only gained in strength the last 10 minutes, so he hopes this is going to get stronger as well.
T 00:26 The effects have still risen, though not as much as SWIM liked, he is afraid he did get some tolerance due to the blotter he took on thursday. SWIMs legs are also starting to feel nice and warm as well now, and he is feeling happy. SWIM is also feeling the stoned opiate feeling he likes about opiates. A stoned feeling without any of the negative effects of those like from cannabis. Meanwhile SWIM is watching Trainspotting.
T 00:36 SWIM is starting to feel more and more stoned. Unfortunenately his whole body doesn't feel like it's glowing of warmth like it felt with the previous experience with fentanyl. Maybe SWIM is going to injest another half of a blotter. SWIM is starting to feel the opiate itch now, though the itch is very subtle and not irritating. SWIM is feeling more happy and contend, but not enough in his opinion.
T 00:46 Exactly an hour since SWIM took his first blotter, and SWIM has taken another half a blotter. Meanwhile his face is almost starting to glow of warmth, a very pleasant feeling, though unfortunenately the rest of his body isn't glowing. SWIM is als feeling more and more stoned, very strange that the effects came up so slowely, he must have made a misjudgement
with the time it took for the effects to come up and peak. SWIM has hope that the other half he has just taken will make up for it.
T 00:56 The effects haven't really gained in strength, though meanwhile the fentanyl is making its way through SWIMs body at the moment, so it'll be all good soon. The warmth in SWIMs face is still feeling the same, as well as the little bit of warmth he is feeling throughout the rest of his body. The stoned feeling has become a little bit stronger, though it's lacking the euphoria, which is hopefully going to improve once the second dose is kicking in.
T 01:06 SWIM is starting to feel the second dose coming up. SWIM is feeling more stoned, contend and happy. None of the warm feeling has increased yet, nor any euphoria. It's a shame that this stuff raised your tolerance so fast, SWIM is going to take a break untill next week to lower his tolerance again.
T 01:16 The second dose has defenitely added up and SWIM is starting to feel more stoned. SWIM is going to crawl into his sleeping bag and hope it's going to get more intense, if it doesn't he is going to take the other half of the blotter he cut in two. SWIM also got the opiate munchies, a taste for nice snacks and a nice glass of red wine, though he is going to skip
the wine this time, since he doesn't want to take any risk.
T 01:26 The stoned feeling is still increasing, as well as SWIMs munchies and the happy and contend feeling, though the warm opiate feeling and the euphoria haven't increased, even 40 minutes after taking another half a blotter. SWIM is also feeling more sedated though, a feeling that has increased linear from the beginning when he took his first dose.
T 01:36 The effects haven't really increased, so SWIM takes the other half of the blotter he cut in two. He has now taken a total of 200ug. It is very clear that since the previous time SWIM took fentanyl his tolerance had risen very much. Let's hope the third dose does something, otherwise SWIM is very dissapointed. He is certainly going to take a longer brake than just one
week, because he wants to feel just one blotter very intense, just like his previous experience. SWIM just noticed time seems to go very fast, 10 minutes passes by like it's just 2 minutes for SWIM.
T 01:46 Exactly 2 hours after SWIMs first dose, and 1 hour after his second. The third dose has also kicked in now, SWIMs legs are starting to feel warmer, though that could also be because he is sitting in a sleeping bag. SWIM is also feeling more sedated.
T 01:56 SWIM is starting too loose track of time, he is pretty sedated now. The third dose is starting to kick in and he is feeling even more stoned, though not really happy. SWIM is feeling emotionally numb. The fentanyl is also lacking euphoria in SWIMs opinion, he also experienced this the previous time. He doesn't really think fentanyl is special, though it's still nice once in a while, as long as tolerance is kept low.
T 02:06 SWIM is starting to get sleepy, he is going to bed soon. All in all this has been a good experience, but not what he expected. It's a shame SWIM had to take 2 blotters to feel the same as from 1 a few days ago, the blotters are very rare so this is another good reason to take a long break to lower his tolerance. SWIM is going to retry fentanyl in about 2 weeks or longer, he is going to write another experience report when he takes the fentanyl blotter. SWIM is going to sleep now.
T 02:30 Just after SWIM typed the last thing at T 02:06 he made a new thread about experience reports, and copied it to the thread and changed some typo's, SWIM is still busy correcting the topic and it's 24 minutes later now. SWIM is looking at the clock and he literally sees the minutes go by like it just a few seconds. SWIMs sense of time is wasted. It took 4 minutes to
type these last 4 sentences.
T 02:36 SWIM has finally finished his post and he is going to bed now, feeling very sedated and tired. He is probaply going to sleep very well.
SWIM has taken fentanyl twice up to now. He took one blotter of 100ug 11 days ago, and two blotters of 100ug 9 days ago. Fentanyl apparently raises ones tolerance to opiates and opioids very fast, SWIMs first experience was a bit better than his second experience, while he took twice as much the second time. That's why SWIM wanted to wait with any opioids for some time to lower the little tolerance he has to nil. SWIM is going to take fentanyl again, at first one blotter and see how it goes. Here is SWIMs experience report
T 17:31 SWIM took one blotter of 100ug. He took it sublingually again so it would be absorbed the most efficientally.
T 17:41 SWIM is already starting to the first feelings of warmth throughout his underlegs. SWIM is still keeping his saliva in his mouth to make sure all the fentanyl is absorbed. The blotter has been completely dissolved by now. SWIM is also starting to feel a bit relaxed.
T 17:51 SWIM is now clearly feeling the effects. SWIM getting pretty stoned and numb, his whole body is starting to glow. This is clearly going to be a good experience, it was pretty clear very soon from the beggining of SWIMs last experience, but now it is clear from the beginning it is going to be a very good experience. That's the nice thing about Fentanyl, the effects come up pretty quickly, though unfortunenately it's over soon as well.
T 18:01 The effect have increased in strength even more. SWIMs body is still feeling very warm, his body still feels numb and he is starting to feel even more stoned. His vision is getting a bit blurry as well, like his eyes can't focus. SWIM is going to listen to proper music for this occasion, Coldplay and Massive Attack as always when on opies. SWIM knows from the first time he peaks pretty fast when he takes fentanyl sublingually, and since it has been an hour sinds intake he doesn't think it's going to get any stronger, though he'll wait it out and maybe take some more.
T 18:11 The effects haven't increased much more, the warmt feeling throughout SWIMs body is still the same, his vision might have become a little bit blurrier and he is more stoned. Unfortunenately he is also starting to feel a bit nauseous. SWIM just drank 2 glasses of ice cold spring water and ate a few strawberries. SWIM still has little experience with opiates and opioids, but the good experience he did have with them also had a big downside, it usually causes nausea on the end of the experience and very bad nausea the next day till the point of vomitting, SWIM has had it with all opiates and opioids in high doses except for fentanyl yet. While SWIM has been typing this the nausea already dropped and is almost gone.
T 18:21 The effects are already subsiding, SWIM is doubting if he should take anything else or just wait untill another time. It's a shame it's over so fast, though it's Queensday where SWIM lives, which is the day his whole country is one big party, and he plans on going to Amsterdam in a couple of hours, where the whole city is one big party. He doesn't want to be tired then, so he just waits it out. The first thing SWIM has noticed is that his vision has cleared up and is allmost back to normal, the warmth throughout his body is also subsiding, though SWIM is still stoned.
T 18:31 It has now been exactly one hour since intake and it seems like the last 20 minutes haven been very much the same, SWIM still feels the same like 20 minutes ago, the only thing that has changed was SWIMs vision getting better again. Many people call fentanyl "Heroin without a soul" SWIM agrees on that. Though fentanyl is very nice it seems a bit cold and synthetic(which it ofcourse is)Opiates and semi-synthetic opioids and even tramadol feel much more friendly.
T 18:41 Half an hour has now passed and none of the feelings SWIM is experiencing have changed in that time. One thing SWIM noticed again, which he noticed last time as well is that time seems to pass by very fast. 10 minutes feels like just a few minutes. SWIM still finds it a bit weird that even though he is past his peak, the feeling haven't changed a bit in half an hour, which is strange with a drug like fentanyl since it comes up so fast and subsides fast as well. SWIM peaked within half an hour after intake, but he has been at a plateau for the 30 minutes after that.
T 19:01 SWIM is still feeling the same, his vision is still as bad as it used to be, apparently it only cleared up for a short time a while ago. SWIM is still feeling as stoned as he has been feeling the last hour, he is still feeling the same feeling of warmth throughout his body he was feeling an hour ago. SWIMs stomach is also feeling a bit uncomfortable.
T 19:11 SWIM just went to his kitchen to get something to drink and eat, and it seemed like the effects have subsided quite a bit, or that he just didn't notice the effects have subsided. SWIM is only feeling some after effects now. He still isn't at baseline, SWIM is still feeling a bit stoned but a lot less than he felt in the last hour. It seems like all the effects subside so subtle that you don't even notice it.
T 19:21 SWIM is practically at baseline now, this is the end of the experience. Fentanyl is a nice opioid but it's short duration is a big downside, though the lack of nausea is a plus. In SWIMs experience fentanyl is also a lot less euphoric than other opiods, it's pretty relaxing but lacks in the euphoria other opiates and opioids have.
SWIM's friend kind of pressured SWIM into smoking Fentynal for the first time.
7:00- SWIM took a large hit, couldnt feel anything in SWIM's lungs but held in for 20 seconds. Right when SWIM blew out he could tell the Fentynal was working. SWIM thinks this might compare to how savlia hits you immidiantly.
705: SWIM is done taking 4 large hits. He is seeing double vision and cannot even see weither his phone is on silent or loud. SWIM doesnt feel like talking, just feels like soaking it all in, This is completely different from what SWIM has experienced on Oxy, Much more intence, almost too intence.
715: SWIM notices he is very irratible but the Fentanyl is still amusing him so he doesnt get mad at his friends who are yelling at eachother. SWIM feels very paniky and afraid asking himself "What if this happens?". SWIM begins to feel sick, dizzy and sick.
740: SWIM gets back to his friends house and starts sweating and goes straight to the bathroom. SWIM was getting very pissed off because SWIM's friend wouldnt stop asking SWIM about the rest of the patch and if he could have it. SWIM screamed at him and was very pissed off that his friend was being so selfish and SWIM is laying here sick. (SWIM payed for all of it too).
800-1000: SWIM feels extremely sick like he is going to puke but manages to get to sleep at his friends house. SWIM is looking foward to being sober and feels like Fentanyl was way too strong for SWIM.
1100-1200: SWIM gets home and goes to sleep for another hour, focousing on SWIM's breathing helped SWIM not throw up/
1200-300: SWIM cant sleep, he feels too sick and has to stay up and watch tv.
400: SWIM pukes. its awful. SWIM's mother asks SWIM is hes ok and he says "I feel better now" but SWIM is still kind of sick.
800-200: The next day SWIM feels very drowsy and regrets trying the strongest opiate and also in an unsafe way. SWIM realizes that it could have been worse and will never touch Fentanyl again along with Cannabis.
SWIM would say fentanyl is the most intense body high you can experience. SWIM has been using large amounts of fentanyl the past 2-3 weeks almost everyday(already pretty dependent) and it is just really intense. SWIM doesn't think it is that recreational, but it is very intense.
Nik (no-one I know) has a pain condition and is prescribed opiates to combat the pain. His doctor started him out on codeine and fentanly patch 50mc to be changed every 72 hrs.
The codeine suck for breakthru pain, his dr. change it to morphine IR 15mg up to 3 per day. and the patch wasnt sticking 3days so he changed it to 75mc every 24 hrs.
okay that is the dosages here is the report.
Nik started to open the gel filled patch after it was removed and he ingested it orally. Never feeling anything euphoric, nor did he really feel anything from it.
So later he started to consume the gel from a new patch, he just swallowed the medicine.
At which time he would feel some mild effects, drowsy and lazy mostly.
So then the next month he started experimenting with the contents of two 75 mc patches.
He was at the river with a bunch of friends he knew from N.A. ( at the time Nik was only taking ( abusing ) prescription drugs. Nothing else.
He consumed the gel from two patches orally, then proceeded to join the others at the water.
15 minutes later he is speaking to a lady who's completely straight, and he is making no sense and is having trouble communicating. I was asking about the cabin she rented and then talking in circles about a playstation game. I was leaving out words in my sentences, like I would be talking it thru in my head and just everyother word was being spoken.
I knew they had some idea of Nik being on something. I went on to excuse myself in order to get it together.
Nik was high but it wasn't the kind of high he enjoys, kind of spacey and braindead high.
At the time Nik hadn't discovered Drugs-Forum, he was un-aware of the potential danger he could have gotten into.
Here is a better time with Fentanly. Nik went to Negril for his honeymoon, he wasnt there too long before his mouth was around a joint of pineapple skunk. He had been clean for a very long time prior, except for his prescriptions.
With the sun on his bare chest and feet in the warm sand, the patch on his upper peck area was getting hot from the sun shining straight on it.
He began to get a huge rush of thoughts and in-sites to all of nik's life.
with the pot acting as a potentiator, the fentanly was working on giving him a full on body lift, and his thoughts were racing in a million directions.
while he was being filled with all of these feelings he looked at the patch on his chest and decided that he didnt need it any longer , and peel it off .
Was good for about 6 or 7 hours, then the pain of his injury came on and came on strong. No more world conquering for Nik , his fantasy world soon was a bitter reality check.
Not only did he remove his patch that he had just put on that morning but for some unknown reason he left the rest of his supply back home in California.
He did have the morphine pills , but only not enough to last him for the whole ten days.
Soon he was talking to a nurse at the resort and explaining the situation. She informed him that in Jamaica they do not have fentanly patches. I was not keen on the thought of withdraw.
so I asked if they had morphine, and she smiled and said " Ya Mon we do, but must take a taxi to Montego Bay to Hospital" "with a prescription from a medical doctor" " You can ask for a doctor to come here if you want to pay him $85 US." " but the only place to get the prescription filled is a hours ride" So I paid the doctor to come and see me , then went on a taxi ride to the hospital in Montego Bay.
Nik was only allowed 50 morphine IR 30mg pills , but at least they lasted him until he got home to his own well stocked medicine cabinet.
Later in the year his health insurance stopped providing the name brand patches and started giving him the patch that has no gel.
Those were fun to cut into quarters and place under the tongue , he did that with every patch. Never taking more than a total of a patch in one 24 hour period and only once in a while.
The feeling he received with the new patches sublingual was much more euphoric and it was very stimulating. Nik's wife had him in the back yard digging post holes and pouring cement to erect a fence for a dog run.
He was grooing right along with a piece of patch under his tongue and a shovel in his hand.
Swim has had quite a few fentanyl experiences and wearing the patch is a totally different thing from eating the gel.Lets start with wearing the patch. The patch is put on one feels nothing for awhile.Swim would remedy this by getting a hot shower which gets the patch working quicker. It will feel almost like a light morphine high and one will lay down and definitely feel analgesia and have long and drawn out opiate dreams.About four hours into the second day one will feel a rather intense high. This is more comparable to methadone and one will feel the need to lay down alot and ones memory will not function correctly.Come the third day it feels abit like the first day for most of the day and towards the end of the day one won't feel much at all.A three day high might sound good but it has its drawbacks.Swim has learned that by wearing a patch every three days for merely a week and then stopping will result in the most intense withdrawals he has ever felt.Beyond those caused by heroin, morphine,or methadone.Swim has never seen fentanyl on blotter like that, interesting idea.If someone were to get ahold of some and think it were acid they would be in for an interesting surprise though.

But what if one only ate a very small portion of the gel?
Basically, is eating the gel more potent than using the patch? Then if one wanted to acheive the same effect as the patch, one could eat a little bit of the gel, and have the prescribed amount of patches last longer. So, I respect that you don't want to encourage eating the gel, but, could you please tell us what it's like when you DO eat the gel in very very small quantaties? Is it more potent than the patch? shorter lasting id imagine too? etc etc
^^^^ that guy had that ban comming , yesterday I read some crap about not wanting to use search engine because it would be easier to get info from another member.
He could try totse. The forum members there are more than willing to help people, who don't like to use search engines. But be warned, swiy will understand the irony of "Try before you die" afterwards.
But to give a answer to the question anyway: Swiy probably can't be sure the fentanyl in the gel is properly homogenized.
Prescription opiates/opiods. Tend to be way over prescribed in the states when compared to the UK.
Fentanyl follows swim around like the grim reaper.. Every city he goes to with in 3 months some swim is offering him patches and lollipops. This drug is not to be taken lightly... Its serious very very serious..
If one is not heavily dependent on opiates with a massive tolerance to strong opiates like morphine,Oxycodone, hydromorphone do not even consider trying a fentanyl patch.
Swim is an x fentanyl addict.. He got hooked to them when he was 17.. They were so cute in the actiq lollipop form how could they hurt him! wrong wrong wrong.. 2 years later and about 2160 lollipops later.. He was absolute agony it was hell he had to go straight to the methadone clinic.. It was not enough.. It only countinue going down hill.
but that is another story.

Fentanyl is available on prescription in the UK, SWIM has been prescribed them for nearly 5 years. Previously SWIM had been through the usual codeine - dihydrocodeine - then the 2 combined - buprenorphine - pethidine - then fentanyl. SWIM also has a long history of morphine & heroin use but that was not on prescription
SWIM is now on 125mcgs of fentanyl, 20-25ml methadone and up to 8 co-codamols 30/500 for her pain
SWIM also smokes her fentanyl (very occasionally gets IV amps) and uses heroin which is usually to get high but sometimes also for extra pain relief. She finds a good fentanyl high quite intense and comparable to heroin but it is shorter acting so she frequently combines the two. Fentanyl does increase tolerance quicker than heroin (due to it's short duration?) so she finds it an absolute must to leave off abusing it for a few weeks when fent mixed with a couple of bags of gear no longer gets her high. When SWIM smokes fent or/and uses heroin she reduces her methadone, this ensures plenty of "spares" to get her over the increased addiction that comes with a binge.
SWIM has let a friend have some used patches to pop under his tongue and he thinks they're wonderful but she hopes he heeds her warning about the risk of tolerance and addiction with this drug, he has enough problems keeping heroin under control.
Fentanyl aint for everyone and shouldn't be used unless there is a good opiate knowledge and tolerance to begin with, but SWIM is rather fond of it
swims used fentanyl several times
in his opinion it gives a moderate euphoric rush and an intense sedation and nod swiy shouldnt plan on doing anything important swim usually dosed a quarter of a 100mcg patch orally with grapefruit juice..one experience in particular comes to mind
swim had just moved into his own house and was having a bit of a party.. there was also a drought on weed so swim had a lot of spare cash
he bought 1 100mcg fentanyl patch one oxycodone 40mg and a half gram of cocaine
there were several girls he was tryi ng to impress attending the party so of course swim got fucked up out of his mind
1st he snorted the oxycodone and 2 lines of coke he had a great euphoric rush and a surge of energy he ran around hitting on every hot girl and talking mad shit
it turned out swims friends dad had some weed he hasd just harvested so swim bought an ounce of that too
there were around 20 people sitting in swims living room passing bowls and doing lines and more money kept coming into swims hands after the coke completelly overpowered the oxycodone he ate 50mcg of fentanyl he felt a strong initial wave of euphoria and sedation so he did more coke a
he was literally bursting out of his skin he felt so good.. he could not sit still and became the life of the party agian
swim was completelly out of it and so was erveryone else people were nodding out everywhere in swims house
so he took the girls who were still awake and went for a drive to the patch place
he ate 25 more mcg and returned home
everyone excluding one girl left he ended up making pout with her and having several extremelly interesting conversations before his mom arrived to check on his new house
she walked into swim with this girl, weed and beer everywhere, pill bottles on the table, and swims digital scales setting out but she was cool about it as swim explained none of the pills were his
swim came down from the coke shotrlly thereafter and nodded out into bliss with his girl..
I know this threads pretty old but it needs some clarification as theres some hefty misinformation here.
These blotters do not contain Fentanyl, they contain beta-hydroxy-4-methylfentanyl, a methylfentanyl designer derivative. It is the clandestine sister of Ohmefentanyl (beta-hydroxy-3-methylfentanyl).
QSAR data shows 4-methylfentanyl's are about 1/2 to 1/3rd the potency of 3-methylfentanyl's. 4-methylfentanyl alone is 4x the poteny of regular fentanyl. Therefore this designer derivative is about 50-70% less potent than Ohmefentanyl. Racemic Ohmefentanyl is proclaimed to be about 6000x morphine, therefore this derivative, also known as "Pharaohfentanyl" or "2OH4MeF", is about 2,000-3,000 times morphine. Potency wise it would be comparable to Sufentanil, a pharmaceutical Fentanyl derivative which in literature is stated to be 1,500-3,000 times morphine depending what you read.
Only several hundred blotters in total of Pharaohfentanyl were manufactured. There were green AND yellow spy VS. spy blotters. The green ones were meant to be 125mcg, the second batch was meant to be 150mcg. NEVER was a 100mcg batch produced. The yellow spy VS spy blotters, were meant to be 250mcg of 2OH4MeF on each blotter.
These were manufactured for one reason only; "beta-testing" of the derivative. They were put on blotters for one reason only; ease of shipping transnationally to "testers". Blotters can easily fit into a plain letter envelope and customs will not inspect letter enevelopes unless theres a distinct buldge, because no plain letter enevelope could contain a large amount of narcotics (except for fentanyl derivs!). This is why blotters were used. MOST of these blotters weren given away for free in exchange for feedback on the derivative.
The LARGE quantities of 2OH4MeF went out several months after the "beta-testing" blotters were started. It was mixed with inositol into a heroin-mimetic powder meant to mimic 90%+ pure heroin in potency. This was produced by placing a weighed amount of pure inositol powder into a bowl and adding a measured amount of 2OH4MeF solution. This was then stirred with a whisk until all the powder was damp, resembling "crumbled feta cheese" in texture/consistency. This was then placed into a sieve overtop of a casserole dish. The sieve was evenly tapped over the caserole dish sprinkling little "balls" that resembled "powdered parmesean cheese". This was placed into an oven preheated to 60 degrees celcius and cooked for 10 minutes, thoroughly drying the material. Still resembling "powdered parmesean cheese", its then placed into a coffee grinder and ground into a very fine, soft, light, fluffy white powder. This was then weighed into 100 gram increments, placed into a aluminum brick-press. A wooden block is placed into the cavity ontop of the powder, and a car is driven ontop of the wooden block with one of its tires pressing the block down. This is left for 1 hour, and then removed from the mold resulting in a 100 gram brick with an egyptian "Ankh" stamped into the brick.
Several KG's total of this mimetic powder hit the streets of Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg, and Toronto, Canada, from mid 2007 until mid 2008.
The 2OH4MeF also went out mixed into powderized opium to create a "tan/light-brown" heroin (commonly SWA heroin [afghan]), meant to mimic street-grade 30-40% pure heroin. This was produced by melting pre-cooked and bubble-bag filtered opium latex into a solution, adding 2OH4MeF water-solution, then starching the solution with pure inositol powder. Once the opium-2OH4MeF solution was starched, it was laid 2-4mm's thick onto casserole dishes and sundried. It dried into a moderate-brown crystallized mass with a consistency like "glass". This was then scraped from the casserole dishes resulting in large shards, placed into a coffee grinder and ground into a soft, fluffy, light-brown (tan) colored powder about 1/3rd the potency of the white-fentadope (the 90%+ pure "china-white" heroin mimetic dope).
To the original poster; SWIYs second experience being significantly weaker had NOTHING to do with tolerance. Tolerance does not develop that quickly. The REASON why SWIYs second experience wasnt as strong was because there was a major issue with dosing consistency on the blotters.
Some blotters would contain significantly more/less than other blotters. When these blotters were laid, they were done one by one using a 2OH4MeF water-solution loaded into a U100 syringe and small puddles (2iu/each) squirted onto each individual blotter, blotters on a ceramic-surfaced halogen hot-plate at low heat to speed drying.
UNFORTUNATELY, many of the blotters puddles would slowly expand outwards and spread onto the blotters next to them. This led to each blotter being a different dosage, and this led to people having very mixed experiences from blot-to-blot. One blot would knock someone on their ass, days later, the next blot wouldnt have any effect. Some people had to take up to 6 blots at once, whereas others were hospitalized for an overdose from just 1 single blot.
At least on individual injected the blotters, with great results, but EXTREME risk due to the inability to get dosing consistency. This was done by cutting the blotter into as many pieces as possible, placing into a small amount (0.5-1ml) of distilled water, and left to soak for 5-15 minutes, sucked up into a syringe through a filter to capture particulate matter from the disintegration of the blotter paper, and then injected intravaneously.
Someone actually gave SWIM negative rep for the post saying SWIM is "wrong and has no proof to backup the claims".
Youd think the dude wouldve first thought "How can someone know all this... theres only one person who would know this intimate details". Apparently, the drugs rotted this persons brain of all common sense.
So SWIM shall entertain the negative rep. Theres only ONE reason SWIM would know these intimate details, if you cannot figure that out, then its amazing you havent killed yourself from an OD yet.
HPLC/1HNMR/LCMS laboratory analysis data of 2OH4MeF (beta-hydroxy-4-methylfentanyl), designer derivative of fentanyl, laid on green and yellow Spy Vs. Spy blotters as that which the OP used. 99.8% pure, presented as hydrochloride salt.
Attached is 100g brick press used to press 100g bricks of 2OH4MeF heroin-mimetic powder.
100g bricks pressed because too hard to find buyers willing to drop $xxx down at once for a full key.
Brick pressing procedure involves pre-greasing the inner walls of the mold with olive oil then lightly whiped dry. Weighed quantity of powder is added to mold and wooden block with silver logo-stamp on one side (egyptian ankh, not shown in photo, modified necklace pendant) is placed ontop the powder in the mold. Next a vehicle is driving ontop of the block so one tire presses down on the block compressing the powder. Vehicle is left on the block for as long as reasonably possible, the longer the better. Brick is removed, wrapped in saran wrap, and plastic-wrapping is stamped with solvent-based permanent black ink logos (egyptian Eye of Horus and Anubis, shown in photo), weight (100g), date of manufacture, and mimetic heroins proclaimed purity (90%+) written in black permanent marker on plastic-wrapping.
SWIM was prescribed the fentanyl patch for pain relief. SWIM does not remember the dose. Her first experience was before ever using any morphine for pain relief. She had only taken hydrocodone 5-10 ml at that time. She probably took anywhere from 5 to 10 pills a day- depending on her pain level. Her doc did not think that it was good her to to ingest all of the tylenol that is in hydrocodone. She agreed to try the patch. The first experience was bad because she was somewhat opiate naiive. She at first felt wonderful. She woke up in the AM puking and dry heaving. The doctor was called. Eventually she did take the patch off. Since the drug was already in her bloodstream she had to ride it out sick for awhile. She was then placed on oral morphine. Both time release and immediate release. She quit morphine and opiates.
Months later she was in extreme pain and really freaking out. She then remembered that she had kept the fentanyl patchs in her night stand...
She took a pair of scissors and opened the patch. She then stuck her tounge to the open patch, tasting just a bit of the drug. She waited awhile to see if there would be less pain and any effects. The pain began to dull as did her senses. She tasted a bit more. She ate the patch throughout the day and was buzzed and pain free. By this time she had developed a tolerance to opiates and did not get sick. The buzz was much the same as morphine but yet different. SWIM wishes that she could explain in words the differences. She had a couple of boxes of patches. She ate the drug whenever she felt the need throughout the day a tiny bit at a time.
In Swims EXP- semi tolerant
50-100mcg IV- Sudden contentment/fullfilment lasts 5mins of so with aftereffects up to half hour, also some stimulation as in one does not get drowsy.
300-400mcg IV- Very Intense rush (scary), dizziness/head spins, trouble walking, racing heart. Was too much, didnt get that nice fuzzy feeling, agitation noted aswell.
SWIM saw the word Fentanyl on the list of threads and had to check this one out, as the original poster noted, there is not much info anywhere on this site about it. So, swim wanted to share his Fentanyl experience with you.
First and foremost, one must always keep in mind that Fentanyl is the MOST POWERFUL painkiller on the U.S. drug market, at least it was 3 years ago when I was using it. It is said to be 10 or more times as powerful as the same amount of Morphine, which if you think about for a second, is really kinda scary.
In SWIM's own experiences, Fentanyl wreaks more havoc and causes more problems that what its worth. The first time you do it, its usually great, but unfortunatly (or fortunately, however you look at it) it takes almost no time at all to develop a tolerance to it, and likely the second "session" you have with it won't be nearly as good as the first. SWIM thinks this is because it is just so damn powerful; it makes pure burmese heroin feel like tylenol! Although I'd much rather have the H.
The time that fentanyl works its magic is rather short, or for the scientists out there, it has a short half-life in the body. It is quickly metabolized by your body, even quicker than Heroin. Withdrawal from Fentanyl is also extremely uncomfortable. Take the worst heroin withdrawal from H. or Oxy that you ever had and double it, maybe triple. Diarrhoea sets in almost immediately after the first wave of craving it hits you, and only gets worse after that.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE ABOUT MIXING FENTANYL WITH OTHER DRUGS:
DO NOT, and I must repeat DO NOT MIX fentanyl with alcohol and other drugs!!! I had a friend die a few years ago from sucking down the liquid inside a 30mg patch; as he had drank about 12 or more beers that night. The next morning he was found unconcious but alive, and he lived for another 24 days in the hospital, comatose and with his family by his side, he eventually died. Even more unfortunatly for SWIM, he was a very close friend, and he's gone now because of a silly mistake! And it definitely could've been avoided if he was more educated about how powerful and potentially fatal fentanyl really is.
SWIM's own experiences with fentanyl are obviously scarred by his friend dying while under the influence of it. But aside from that, I can say that it's not worth the trouble. SWIM's method of use was not oral, he and his friend injected (IV) the straight fluid inside of a 30mg patch, dividing it up into doses of course (one whole 30mg patch IV-ed at one time would probably kill you, since its designed to be used over a peroid of 48 hours). The particular patches we had were the ones that have a very mobile and free-flowing, almost water-like fluid in them, they weren't the ones with the "jelly-like" substance inside.
The effects from IV fentanyl are immediately felt, and are very powerful. SWIM was incapacitated for a good 30 minutes and totally useless for a couple hours as "the nod" was very, very strongly felt. However, one must note that euphoria does not come to mind when thinking of fentanyl, in swim's experience, anyways. Rather, the effects of fetanyl more or less just feel like you've been euthanized. All in all, SWIM would much, MUCH prefer the effects of heroin or morphine over fentanyl, PERIOD. Fentanyl is just too powerful and is too dangerous to be used recreationally. SWIM used it because he was out of junk one day, otherwise he would've gone up-town for some diesel.
In swim's own opinion, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHIT! It will cause more bullshit and trouble than fun, for sure. Let swim and his dead friend be your guinea-pigs, if you really want to use opiates, stick to the more kosher, "classic" opiates like heroin and morphine. Fentanyl is just waaay to powerful to be used "for fun" or recreationally.
