Not eating when consuming Stimulant is the main problem for me. Buy Protein and make some great shake (24g of Protein) per serving. that way you avoid excessive cathabolism and help your muscle and body.
Cramps get the worst during sex. It just kills a good hard on. Just keep a good supply of bananas on hand. If your cramping up eat one and the cramps will start to subside before you get through the whole thing.
It's caused by lack of potassium, which is needed by the muscles to function so the muscles stiffen up. Eventually your whole body could go stiff and you would need to have a pottasium infusion at the hospital. Best potassium foods are Banana's, tomatoes, peanuts, cashew nuts. Not really sold in great quantities in vitamin form due to the high potential for overdose.
I know from an experience last week, low potassium causes camps as well as many more severe symptoms. a meth binge is sure to deplete your pottasium, which starts with cramps, and leads to intense heart beat, panic attacks, hospitilization and more. But slowly keeping your pottasium up by eating bananas or taking a supplement per day will really help make the damage to your body a lot less.
Just like when working out you get cramps its seems to to be from yout muscles breaking down to rebuild with more muscle. Hydration is key.with sleep to rebuild muscle breakdown. As well as protien. So with metj your ip and not treating body to hydration and protiens and muscles breaking doen with nothing to rebuild them with. Sleep or nutrition. I try and drink a protien shake and a banana a day with chewy gummy vitamines. I try to drink water. Even if hard. Hope it works out for you. Leg cramps are horrible.

just a random observation about how much quicker turn over of threads and comments are in this forum compared to the heroin forum which is my doc. meth users are much more interesting to converse and chat with it seems. no point just suprised how quick threads are added too. i with the heroin forums moved as fast.
Yeah I sometimes get mad cramps. Like to the point of complete loss of muscle control in my feet. Very painful, especially when coming down and still unable to sleep due to the constant cramping.
I've heard various things for why this happens. Some say dehydration, lack of potassium, lack of protein, lack of sleep, and preexisting circulation issues. I'd say all of these can play a role.
Prevention is the best way to deal with them. Once u got em they are hard to get rid of and any remedies often take time to work. First of all, stay hydrated, fed, and make sure u have a multivit or 2. Have some bananas at the very least to get your potassium. Discontinue use once cramping becomes serious. Sleep and absinence are the best cures at that point. Cramping worsen with dose and time without sleep. Keeping warm can help, as the cold can worsen circulation. Also avoid sitting in one position too long, sudden use of muscles can trigger a debilitating cramp, especially in the legs.
Beyond these basic prevention methods, some things can be taken to prevent or ease symptoms. Muscle relaxants work really well. Benzo's can be effective too. And though I don't reccommend it, many depressants have the effect of relaxing the body and muscles, such as opiates or alcohol. The dangers associated with mixing stimulants and depressants may turn you away from this, but they can be effective, if only to distract your mind and perhaps get some sleep.
I'm sure I've missed some, but these are the measures I'm immediately aware of. Hope it helps!
Many drugs cause cramps in feet and legs. A sure cure is quinine. Many pharmacists will prepare you a bottle of quinine capsules without a prescription in the U.S. Another cure is an OTC called "Leg Cramps" by Hyland and are very effective in stopping the cramps.
Omg I'm so glad I'm not the only one. Luckily it hasn't happened in a couple weeks but there's a vein or muscle or nerve or whatever, and it goes from my V (lol u know what I mean by that) all the way down my left leg, usually when I reach climax this nerve makes my leg shake as I orgasm but after a long binge it cramps up and instead of feeling good and making my leg shake, it cramps up and hurts and my orgasm is less intense and freeing because the orgasm is forced to be limited due to true cramp. Like I said I haven't had this problem for a few weeks but when it happens it sucks.
