Acid Forming Foods
-pastas, cakes, cookies, salad dressings etc.
-Meats, including Beef, pork, bird, fish, shellfish, eggs
-All dairy products, including butter, milk, cream, ice cream, cheese
-Vegetables such as asparagus, sauerkraut, chickpeas, brussels sprouts
-Plums, prunes, cranberries
Alkaline Forming Foods
-Dried fruit such as raisins, dates, figs, apricots
-All vegetables (except the ones listed above) Especially good are onions and garlic
-Citrus fruits ( even though they are acidic, they have an alkalizing affect on the body)
-Good fats such as olive and flaxseed oil
-Honey, maple syrup and molasses
-Fresh fruit and vegetable juices
-Yogurt and sour cream
-Almonds, brazil nuts
Also, drinking a lot of water, and getting a good night sleep.
Most people don't drink enough water or get enough sleep(yet they think they do)
That also is what causes the Haze over effect. SWIM
used to think it was the cannabis
negativly(sp) affecting SWIM by making him lethargic,and tired. When really SWIM just had a very bad diet(even though SWIM is 5,8 and 140 lbs looking perfectly healthy), and did not get enough sleep. SWIM used to sleep around 6-8 hours a night. Since SWIM changed his diet and sleep patterns, SWIM still continues to smoke everyday usually around 3 grams to 5 grams a day and feels great. Never tired or lethargic anymore until night, But SWIM also smokes indicas at night and Sativas through the day. Hope this helps and SWiM didn't just ramble and make no sence.
