  1. Hi,
Thanks JD. I did get the taper spot on this time. Yeee haaaaaa. Thanks for all your support. Your brilliant. When are you opening your own rehabilitation centre LOL. You would be fantastic with all the clients. I love helping other addicts. Giving is the best thing I have. Hope you get things sorted with your husband, I really do.

Bumble, I taperd really slowly as I didnt want to end up in the black hole as I call it. So I dont get the bad depression and anxiety. So far so good. 67 hours in and feeling ok in the head and just mild wdrls. Backs of the legs the worst but not to bad. I dont have a bath just a shower. I wasnt planning on another detox when I put the bathroom in lol. What do you do in construction ? I,ve worked on many a site as a chippy. Hate it really but I have to earn a living. Hope your doing well today. keep it up my friend.

Mono, I'm proud of you for fighting so hard. I believe I'm on day 17 and I can promise you that things get better. Music gets amazing, the grass gets greener, the sun gets brighter, the smells get stronger. All of this comes with time. You are in the thick of it right now and remember there's no turning back. You've got to keep plowing forward. Take it easy. Fight one thing at a time. Try not to get overwhelmed which is so easy to do when detoxing.

Keep fighting the good fight. I stand behind you 100%. Life is much better sober and I am living proof of that. Really good things are starting to happen for me and they will happen to you as well. Hang in there Mono. I am here for you. Keep up the good work.
