    Lostly - Yeah the timer seems to work so far. In fact I wonder why I didn't do that long ago when I realized it became an issue. I mean I used to write down times but somehow ignored them, an actual alarm is better. Still, it's like I wait for my next dose with time slowing down, but then I think I need to distract myself. I am sometimes taking my normal dose and sometimes half.

    I'll admit I had a tiny slip, a little snort earlier before I saw JDs reply. But I didn't get much from that this time, it felt pointless. I think it's from reading so many journals heavily before I joined up and that "small" WD I just went through (felt like forever) has kicked me into touch.

    However it's early days.

    Actually, right now I'm craving a coffee more than anything. :laugh: Certainly not a good idea. I need a proper sleep.

    I had a good nights sleep last night (but filled with nightmares thanks to something I watched last night and my own imagination). I woke up in pain (which is usual) and with a painkiller "hangover". Took a full dose (it's working very well, my tolerance drops very quickly if I have a few days without), but only what is prescribed, so I'm in control for now, no urge to take more. Another nice coffee this morning.

    I'm a bit boring this morning because things seem ok at the moment.

    Good to see that you are holding. "Legs up the wall" is a very healing yoga pose as is the "corpse pose". The latter is easy and pretty much everyone can do it. The idea is to hold the poses, focus on breathing, and clear your mind. I listen to soft music...Enya. You can just find the poses on the internet. If you type in "restorative yoga and whatever your diagnosis is" or "restorative yoga and opiate recovery" you will find poses with instructions. Hope this helps.
