  1. Thank you kitts for the response and support and even going out of your way to help look for a drug center place!! Im defiantly going to look into that tomorrow. So nice seeing such nice people on this site. Who knew a website could bring so many nice people into one place.

On the side note im 12 hours in and starting to feel it and cant type much as this phone is very irritating but ill update soon. For now im just gonna lay here and hopefully get some sleep or something ti pass up time.

I don't know if it's a viable option just yet but you've been out of the house for some days now, maybe it's worth trying to get back in touch with your family. Possibly they will consider giving you another chance if they see that you've been struggling more without them and if you demonstrate some willingness to change.

2 main reasons for this would be:

    1. You're obviously much better off away from the streets
    2. It's usually much easier to sort treatment etc. when you have an address, maybe can get lifts to clinics instead of walking..

Either way look after yourself buddy.

Most cities in the USA have a few free "indigent" detox services, they are usually located in hospitals.

Unfortunately they usually have a waitlist. But many also prioritize patients, so if you emphasize you are on the street, broke, and addicted you may move forward in line. You will probably need an ID to apply for "indigent" care. There are lots of places which can help you get through this tough time; some of the workers are very supportive/helpful and some are just collecting paychecks.

An AA or NA meeting is a good place to raise your hand an share your circumstances. Depending on the meeting, you may find reliable people to help you find the services you need.
