My battle with Oxy. - Part 7

Firstly, thank you everyone for all your kind words and wisdom. This forum is truly an amazing thing, filled with amazing people. Tap you are absolutely right, it's a shame that companies out there take advantage of people in their weakest moments. It infuriates me that criminals like this exist. The way they offer false hope. I won't go into to much detail, but once I'm at full strength I will be seeing a lawyer.

Today is a day to celebrate for me, even though I can this terrible migraine that won't leave me. Today marks 1 week clean!! And I managed to get out and do a short walk around the neighborhood. It felt good getting out. The only symptoms I have left is this terrible insomnia. Maybe that's the reason for this terrible migraine. The body aches have pretty much left me. Maybe tomorrow if I sleep and this migraine is gone I'll do a little jog. Believe it or not, but before all of this I use to be a marathon runner, this is my goal. To get back to the state I was in both mind and body before oxy took everything from me.

Thanks again for all the support.

That is great House that you know you are up against a real battle but you are fighting it anyway !
I'm going to follow your progress and pray for both of us. It's not going to be easy and the once an addict , always an addict except we can be a recovering addict.
I have 10 days now and feel a little bit of energy today and also not bummed out like I was.
I don't want to chase the dragon, I want to slay him !
