Day 29. It's no joke that getting out and moving around helps. My brain is a lot better. Stay away from sugary carb lunch to avoid afternoon slump and anxiety eat protein throughout the day with fruits and veggies. Keep your blood sugar stable and it keeps your mood stable. Prayer WORKS!!! Slept 5 hrs last night took 1/4 of a klonapin so .25 and slept 3 more. Woot!!!! Goodbye netflix, hello world!! Hope is finally here thank the LORD!!
