My Norco Withdrawal and Addiction Story - Part 37

By sadbutglad · Apr 17, 2015 · ·
  1. Today is day 3 for me and I've been keeping myself busy by painting the inside of my house. The first 2 days were pure dread as every possible area of my body that could ache did. Nothing got rid of it. I am using ativan (3mg throughout the day) and kratom (once a day about 5-6 grams). I've not had the bubble guys yet. I almost had them this morning, but they haven't come yet. Part of my wants one of my contacts to say ,"Hey I got a boatload" and another part of my want to get to the end of this to see who I am in the end.

I am glad you're hanging in there and staying busy. For me the worst days are always days 4 & 5, although a lot of people feel the first 72 hrs are the worst. If you can get a week or two under your belt you will start to feel much better. I am excited for your new future!!! I am proud of you for getting through these first few days!! Well done!

Sorry for the short post, it's a bit of a crazy busy day school wise, but I wanted to stop in and see how you are doing as well as give you some love and encouragement.

How are you feeling? How is the house painting coming along? Are you using fun colors on your walls, or going with a traditional white? :)

I will check back in a little later today after I get some school stuff done. (I need to paint a landscape today. Ugh. Landscapes are not really my genre, but, oh well....).

I failed. My friend let me know she had 30 pills for me and being in the midst of withdrawal I caved. I just took my last of the 30 over the course of 4 days. Tomorrow will be day 1 again. I'll post after a few days so that I can share some good news.

I hope you have explained the situation to your friend so that they do not go getting you more pills.
Good luck getting back on track, everyone slips up from time to time.
