Another clean test!! After the week I've been through im bloody proud of that!

8mg for 3 days now too, sleeping much much better.

Boyfriend gonna try not to drink tonight.....

cbabycee added 911 Minutes and 29 Seconds later...

Terrible day. Lost my job escorted from premises apparantly something else come back on disclosure, what i don't know but it'll be old and spent so don't see issue as they know about unspent.

Really fed up went straight to chemist for Subs had to fight my way there against my brain telling me to go get fucked up. Fought through the tears and the strong fucking urges...

Came home applied for 13 jobs and contacted a company that helps ex offenders set up on their own.

Exhausted emotionally. But didn't use. And bf hasn't drunk even with alcohol in the house! He's stronger than me!!

Anyway onwards I guess, not going back not now. Not ever gotta go one day at time.

Oh no Cee. :( I'm gutted for you.

    But bloody proud for how strong you are;
    1) your clean test
    2) you drove straight to the chemist
    3) you didn't use
    4) you started looking for new job straight away
    5) you have a fighter's attitude

Your strong attitude is even now passing to your boyfriend and influencing him. This is such an important time for you Cee and you keep rising to the occasion. This the kind of thing that really successful people have about them. You have that. It's not about the opportunities you have or the luck, the hand you're dealt, or anything like that. It's how you respond to change in life, especially the changes you really don't want to happen. Resilience and strength of character.

    Much respect

cee I want to say im sorry you lost your job, but more than that I want to say well done for not using it as an excuse to go and score, it would have been easy to talk yourself into it after a day like that.

when you told them initially you been locked up did they ask what it was for? did you have to explain your criminal record? it seems fuckin stupid that they would give you a chance despite your convictions only to fire you because of them shortly after.

you probably wont want to but you can ask exactly why you were fired, what grounds it was based on and when you know you can ask why you were employed in the first place.
maybe look into an unfair dismissal claim

stay strong because you will get another job but you might not get another chance at being clean
