quitting opiates cold turkey- on day 3 - Part 19

  1. Thanks JD! I'm running about 6 days a week but during workdays I don't have as much time to run so its only a few miles a day but is still helpful.

Sleep last night was great. Slept until my alarm clock woke me which hasn't happened often the last couple weeks. Most of my day today has been office time and I am feeling pretty calm. The restlessness that I got used to has pretty much went away over the last couple days. I don't feel anxious which is great because that has been an every night occasion. Hopefully that part of it can stay gone! I know that some of the symptoms may return here and there but the anxiousness just needs to stay away LOL something else I hadn't mentioned was that I had a metallic taste since I stopped taking the narcotics. It was a little annoying and made tasting food a little hard but I kind of got used to it. That went away as well. :)

Anyways, that pretty much sums it up. My energy is okay. Not great but not bad enough to complain about.

    Have a good day :)

Check out my pharmacology thread on ketosis and intermittent fasting. It causes euphoria and reduces cravings.
