Thanks JD. I still have a ways to go but its happening. I'm sure the next 40 will come slower but I'm okay with that.
I'm doing pretty good. My eating is coming back on schedule slowly but surely. My pain is okay. Its there throughout the day but isn't too intense. I haven't been running lately and I'm hesitant to admit this but its obvious that my pain increases when I run. I really enjoy running but I don't enjoy the sharp intense pain I get all to often either. Since I stopped I haven't had a day anywhere near the intensity that I endured while running.
For now I am hiking and walking. I'm also enjoying weight training so I think I'll be okay but I do miss it. Maybe when I get back into shape completely I'll give it another try and see what happens. I also think that maybe I am carrying too much weight on me to be running right now? I was a lot lighter last time I was running as opposed to now even though I have lost some of the weight. I don't know.
