Quitting Oxycodone with Loperamide- My story begins... - Part 120

  1. LG,

Yes, it was insanity. This college is nuts. The good news is I spent the time getting my travel reimbursement done!

I will restart the herbs in a week. They take a week or two to work. I just want them up and working when I jump. I am not so worried about this. The taper is really going OK. I am kind of surprised. :)

Pain management...hmmm I don't know yet. I think I will try all that I am doing currently and accept that from time to time I might need ONE pill. I feel in control again. I don't know maybe I am kidding myself but I honestly have not touched the pills.

My marriage is doing well and we are close again. It is such a relief and he is working hard to overcome his issues. I think we will be OK. That everything is going to be OK.

You also are a good woman my dear!

I'm excited for you to actually have a date here soon to jump. Can't wait to see how it goes. I may be crazy but I somehow think you will be surprised at how well you do.

Let's hope for the best ;)

Hey JD!!!! Holy shit things are changing for you in a good way! Words cannot describe how happy for you I am. Taking an extended leave was a wonderful idea. I'm sure it will greatly benefit you since you always seem to be working insane amounts of hours and then coming home and taking care of your family. You're a damn hero in my book!!!

I caught up on your kratom taper and I'm really proud of where you are now. A truly amazing journey if you read back to your first post. I'm so glad you're close to your finish line! Keep at it hon, you're doing unbelievably well to say the least. I think when you finally jump, you should not feel too sick. I think you'll be surprised at how mild the withdrawal will be.

Big hugs! I'm really really proud!

Maybe I will jump with you. How hard can jumping off of 50 mcg/hr be???? It can't be that bad, right? On second thoughts.......!

Your stories were brilliant, OMG!! I was almost crying with laughter! My kids wanted to know what was soo funny. That was very much needed! I love watching the reality ER shows, they are really interesting.

On a side note, how sad for Diane, and the little boy who sat with his mom. Did Diane have a stroke?

The guy with the dillido was hilarious, that dr was funny!! And the guy on meth, I laughed pretty hard on that... He definitely had it coming.

When we have our rose parade weekend, I vote for funny ER stories!

    Hugs xxoo
