Quitting Oxycodone with Loperamide- My story begins... - Part 186

  1. Hey everyone!

Sorry I haven't been posting much. I have been drowning in work. This semester I have even have students with me in clinic which can be exhausting. It slows me down. I have to keep the student protected so they don't get overwhelmed and also keep patients safe and happy. The group of students I have this semester in class are weak. It is going to be a struggle.

I feel good. Sleeping well. Pain has been well managed with motrin and kratom. Cymbalta has been magic. I feel like my old self. Have a huge bottle of oxycodone and have not touched it!!! This makes me feel empowered and strong. I feel in control and like me!

Hope you are all doing very well. Love to you.

Great to hear how well you're doing JD. I'm sorry I haven't posted on your thread as much as I'd like to. I clearly have a lot of issues going on as you've probably guessed by reading my thread. I have to go into work today for 7 hours so while that doesn't sound like a lot it is for someone like me with a bad back and for someone that's been unemployed now for quite some time. Anyways, I will do what I can do. My boss got me a chair for work so I don't have to stand constantly. That helps I guess.

Anyways, I sent you a DM so if you wouldn't mind reading it and answering my questions that would be awesome. They are all medical questions. If you don't know the answers then I will have to figure out a physician to call. They are sort of embarrassing questions and I only feel comfortable talking to you about them.

I hopeyou have a good, pain free day if that's even possible. At any rate, keep up the good work. You've come so far my friend and you're such a wonderful supporter of the people on the forum. Truly an asset to this DF community. Love to you and yours.
