  1. Hey all! Hope you are all feeling well. I am doing fine. Not tapering. Hell yesterday was a very, very bad pain day and I went up on th dose. Really conflicted about all this shit. If I didn't hurt, the decision would be easy.

Things are going well with my husband. He has finally realized I am at the end of my rope and he has to change. This week he finally putting together his business and getting his act together. We will see.

How ya feeling Beach, GDW, Mel, Kitts, Sleepy and everyone else??

    Love to you.

Hey JD, that's crazy how many patients you see when you practice. I know it's crazy like that but to actually see the numbers written out like that, how do people not burn out so quickly?

That little scenario you painted for Beach totally gave me a very calm feeling. Thank you.

I'm very glad to hear that your hubby at least appears to be making changes. Whatever happens with that, I wish you the best.

Yeah the pace it awful. There are 3 of us but the doc does procedures too so it is a very, very hectic day. I did burn out. It is why I shifted to education!

Jungledog, Goldstar, and Roaddoggy, you are ALL my inspiration for finally detoxing off a 12 yr run on oxycodone and methadone. Jungle dog, I worry about the high use of Loperimide because it can keep the toxins in your body way more than you want. Especially since you are doing such great things for yourself! You can do this!

Roaddoggy, YOU and your posts have been my initial inspiration to saying f**k all these professionals who are pushing methadone and wanting me to titrate over a year's time. I was finally at 20 mg and went the home detox route this weekend and damn it feels good to be clean!

Anyway, so glad you are all posting to support Jungledog. I will follow your posts and support you all the way!
