    Got you DM and replied. On day 6 so should be over soon but really messed myself up with dehydration, after collapsing my whole body started cramping up. Luckly I found a pack of rehydration drink powder and had half a bottle of a glucose drink so I'm sipping away and have plenty of water but I still feel sick in my stomach and achy. Bad day today. 7 to 10 days they reckon so nearly there, with the size of my habit I wouldnt be suprised if I had the full ten days. Also exhausted myself getting tattooed last night, wasn't ready for it. I'll keep drinking and hopefuly tomorrow will be a good day

    Just puked up everything in my stomach, not in a good way tonight. Had to call someone to get me some more rehydration stuff from the late night chemist and a couple of bottles of Lucozade:(

    Sorry for not posting in any of your threads, Not only had the morphinre finally let go of my bowels I got a stomach bug to and was in a real mess. Up till 6am puking up in pain. 2 hours sleep, i feel wrecked so you may not here much moe from me today.

    35 years old and been an addict for over 20 years now. Detoxing I can do but staying clean is a battle I keep losing. I'll keep on fighting though

    Oh no!!! I was worried about you yesterday when you said you blacked out. I figured you were quite dehydrated. Drink what you can but do not force the fluid as it may make you vomit more. Frozen popsicles are a good way to get in sugar and water. If you can, make ginger tea as this will calm your stomach. Rest my friend...you are almost done.
