I finally was able to save enough to pay the almost 400 dollars in fees to apply for IL MMJ and went through the long and arduous process of getting a fingerprint FBI background check( 60 bucks ) filling out pages and pages of paperwork, 260 to the doctor who had no license, and 50 to the state .
Today I found out that the doctor that certified me had his license revoked about a month before I saw him.
I'll never be able to save up enough money to do this again. I have debilitating PTSD, and instead of helping me, this entire thing has fucking destroyed what little hope I had left.
I haven't gotten a denial letter, but the dispensary I was supposed to contact told me that all patients from this doctor were/are being denied.
I don't dare ever get my hopes up again about anything. I didn't think I would do this and be crushed by a fucking disaster but I really only had one hope and that was to be able to get mmj. Now I have fuck all and less money, which is no money.
Now I have to file a complaint with the office of professional regulation and all that shit..
I have a couple people on the Illinois MMJ support page who are telling me that I could be Ok, and to contact the Illinois department of Human Health Monday to find out the hard facts about this.
I don't expect good news but I won't know for sure until I can either get an answer by calling or a denial letter. I will say this, just like the people who say I mite be Ok, fo IL MMJ you have to pick a certain dispensary and it's the one and only dispensary you can go to. I called the one I picked and they said that Scheider's patients were being denied, I don't know if that meant all of them, or some of them, and/or for what exact reason, they also said contact ILDHH, so I will update when I know for sure. I really hope I am wrong, but I doubt it.
Please say something here if you have had dealing with Pied Pfeifer or Dr. Schneider in the last month.
Dear Drugs-Forum readers: We are a small non-profit that runs one of the most read drug information & addiction help websites in the world. We serve over 4 million readers per month, and have costs like all popular websites: servers, hosting, licenses and software. To protect our independence we do not run ads. We take no government funds. We run on donations which average $25. If everyone reading this would donate $5 then this fund raiser would be done in an hour. If Drugs-Forum is useful to you, take one minute to keep it online another year by donating whatever you can today. Donations are currently not sufficient to pay our bills and keep the site up. Your help is most welcome. Thank you.
