    Catuama® is a patented herbal extract containing three South American herbs, guaranĂ¡ (Paullinia cupana Kunth, Sapindaceae), catuaba (Trichilia catigua A. Juss., Meliaceae), and muira puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides Benth. Olacaceae), plus ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe, Zingiberaceae)

    It is apparently widely used in Brazil as a general tonic.

    This study concludes that it may be effective in mild-moderate depression
