    I received a sample of 5-meo-dmt from a labotary.

I dissolve it into a little bottle of vodka. After several hours, the
powder was completely dissolved into the vodka (the vodka was
    tranparent).

So, finaly my sample was salt or freebase, coz some people says that the freebase can't be dissolved into Alcohol.

they both do, chemically there is just a difference in solubity in water ethanol. salt will obviously completely dissolve in either, the freebase will only dissolve in alcohol and not at all in water. since you have alcohol and water mixture it appears the freebase will dissolve in this to an extent but not as much. to absolutely determine this you would have to dissolve a sample inboth100% waterand in 100% alcohol then see the results.

OR you can just measure the pH of the water soln , if freebase then basic, if salt then neutral
