Activity and cannabis?

    is it good to do a lot of activity , like running around when high or is it bad b/c it increases your blood pressure?





    -i hope this makes sence because lets just say hypothetichaly that i'm really fuckn stoned, holy f**k!

    No idea if its bad for you, but i get tired pretty easily when im stoned. But it depends. Sometimes i actually get better stamina from weed.

    i play lacrosse and ive gone to practice high before and i felt fine. my friend plays baseball and he went to a game stoned. we started doing suicides ( a drill where you sprint a shit load of times in a row) and that was the only bad part.

    i run from 5/0 when high. I get tired fast. I dont think it
    has health problems, just your lungs are tired and stuff like that.

    The last time that I got stoned I was at a cabin that a friend of mine
    owns, one thing that we did was we grab branches off of low hanging
    trees and then we (there was like 5 of us) would all pull down on the
    branches and then let go while one person held on and that person would
    go flying up in the air.....while sober this would have been the
    dumbest thing in the world, but stoned...it made for 30 minutes of pure
    joy.

    i beleive that when your high your blood pressure is really high when sitting and drops really low when u stand, and that's why some people get dizzy when they stand up. so i'd say running would balance it out, but who knows.

    I reccomend trampolines, fun as hell! I like to get shit done
    when high, like lawnwork, actually makes things more enjoyable.

    When I'm mildly stoned, with your average weed, I really enjoy doing
    things while stoned - going to school, walking around, hanging out,
    whatever. But lately I've been getting some amazingly good, potent stuff,
    and I get soooooooo high, it's closer to shrooms than your average weed
    trip, and it makes it much harder to do the normal things. Granted, the
    high is better, but the head trips could turn something as routine and
    simple as a car ride/subway trip into hell...it really depends on the person
    and their individual tolerance.Anyway, I'm high right now, and
    rambling...


    But no, I don't think being active while stoned would be too hard on blood
    pressure or anything, that really depends on whether you're a 20 year old,
    in shape kid, or a 45 year old overweight guy, ya know? But if you're in
    shape, I don't see how running a marathon even could effect your blood
    pressure...

    It's GOOD to do physical activities . . . High or Not.


    If you want to know if Your, particular body is experiencing any changes, take your Blood Pressure (most Drug stores have a Freebie B/P machine, just waiting for you). Take it on an Off day. Then take it when you are blitzed one day. For most people (including me) it's about the same.


    And EVEN if your Pressure went up a little bit, it would off-set by the improvements of physical exercise. When you exercise, it makes your heart stronger (and that's a good thing to have happen). There is NO bad reason to get some; the more, the better.


    I know Marathon runners who toke up right before the race. I used to run 10 and 15K races (and I sure packed it away ahead-of-time). It makes the whole thing easier. It's more fun running when my mind is having a Party. The miles pass by, and I am calm (and excited). Intense exercise, and fun too. Pot is a Great fuel (even better than packing myself up with Carbs). It's a good thing.Edited by: Solidly-here

    i get stoned before hockey games and i think i play better than when sober..it is also a lot more fun playing hockey while high
