SWIM's birthday is coming up soon, and I have been very curious about ayahuasca. I have never tripped ayahuasca before, and wanting an authentic amazonian trip, wants to brew up some caapi and viridis. SWIM wonders what the correct ratio of each is for the brew. From what I have read, it seems that more viridis is used than the caapi.

Would it perhaps be better for SWIM to have mimosa hostilis for his first time?

Viridis is easier on the stomach.
A typical brew is 30g caapi and 30g viridis.
Take 2/3 of the caapi first and wait an hour, if all is well, take the other 1/3 (if needed) and the viridis.
