    i have heard, that in a canadian head shop, you can buy fresh peyote cacti, is this true?

    specifically exempted. </span>The following
    quote is from the Canadian Controlled Drugs and Substances Act list of Schedule
    III drugs and substances: </span>“Mescaline
    (3,4,5--trimethoxybenzeneethanamine) and any salt thereof, but not peyote

    Yeah, you can buy and sell peyote legally in Canada and, for that matter, nearly everywhere except the US.
