Drug info - Cannabinoid CB1/CB2 Binding Affinity Chart - Extended List/188 entries

    I'm not sure if this data is worth-while or not. I'd compiled it while I was doing the Cannabinoid CB1/CB2 Binding Affinity Chart - BETA (which can still be considered BETA...probably permanently..). Most of the entries are for cannabinoids (a lot of from the JWH series) *not* commonly found in blends or made available by rc vendors (which is why I didn't include them in the original chart).

    Today after using it again to quickly look up binding data I thought I might write a quick PHP app (code available) to convert it into a HUGE vbulletin table. I know a few of the cannabinoids on it have come up here recently, and there are of course many (many many many) more which haven't and probably never will.

    This chart should not be considered an indication of safety and/or usefulness of any listed cannabinoids. It's merely data I've extracted from various research papers I have access to.

    Some entries are doubled. The reason for this is some of the papers list different Ki values which I'd see as I was double checking while entering data from each paper (JWH-009 for example).

    That said there's a very good chance some of the data has been misentered. I've tried to be pretty careful, but this is the kind of list I'd usually like an extra set of eyes for. MMV.

    Great Job, i suggest you do two more (since you have the spread sheets), starting from the lowest Ki value for CB1 and another for CB2. then maybe a 3rd and forth for the ratios :)

    I think this will felicitate for better understanding, when compared to in vivo reports.

    We are at the stone age of understanding cannabinoids, and yet we can almost design the desired effects required, while using a few compounds rather than the million of compounds present in THE natural plant... so this might be good.
