The first two times my friend did mushrooms he did about 1.8 g eaten raw on an empty stomach. He had very euphoric feelings as well as vived OEV with almost anything he looked at or wanted to see. These were very social. The third or fourth time this friend did shrooms was at a campsite and he consumed 3.7 g raw on a semi-empty stomach. This trip was very different...very little visuals, very confused (couldn't understand time), very forgetful....much of it was a blur....So, does this have to do wtih dosage...or were different strains taken that produced different reactions? Thanks.

The strength of mushroom trips can vary greatly depending on numerous factors. The most significant factors are obviously dosage and actual potency of strain. [SIZE=-1]Copelandia Cyanescens, for example, are known to be considerably more potent than Psilocybe Cubensis, the most commonly consumed strain in use. Other factors can also alter the intensity of a trip. These factors include experience, tolerance, amount of food taken etc. Ultimately it seems as though You may have experienced two different strains or at least two batches that were grown differently in order to produce the given levels of potency.

Thanks a lot for your comments. My friend will take those factors into consideration.
