Swim collects all seeds and uses stems (ground/broken up) in emergency situations.

nah, I did once for a long time and had like 2 ounces of stems and seeds and tryed to make some kind of cheap hash he read about off the internet, was not to impressed with the yeild compared to all of the saving of useless incriminating items. never saved sticks or seeds again.

swim collects seeds if he finds one in a good bag of weed. Don't really
save any seeds of lesser weed quality. Sometimes I'll chew on stems
because they taste good, and back in the day when I was young and
stupid someone told me it would get you some % higher. Of course I know
    now that this is false.

haha wow it was a common misconception amongmy friends that if you smoke a ciggarette after getting high you get 33% higher.

saved choice beans to for awhile now that you mention it, but than decided i had no way of growing.

sometimes swim saves large stems with small amounts of bud on them laying around because hes too lazy to pick those last little buds off. but than when he goes dry hes glad he is so lazy.

No Seeds ... but Yes to small stems.

Pot seeds have a little more THC in them than 10 feet of hemp rope. I choose not to smoke rope (or seeds). I know people who DO, and good for them. Everyone can do whatever they want. I do things that some others don't do too. Different strokes for different folks.

I am not bashful about getting THC; if seeds had a substantial amount of THC in them, I would be grinding them up and using them. Who knows, maybe a Strain will come out that has a good jolt of THC in its seeds. If (and when) that day comes, I may change my mind (just call me the Grinder).

Yeah, I meet people all the time who believe this, even some who
don't even smoke tobacco, who were only smoking to try and get higher.
Some even believed that it "pushed the THC further down in the
    lungs"[IMG]

I do subjectivly believe the act of smoking just after you get high does get you more high, ime.

Never have saved stems, but any kind bud seeds generally get saved and given to someone who may use them. Kind bud seeds are rare though. Mexican seeds are all thrown out.

it does not get you any higher. perhaps if you are not a regular
cigarette smoker you think you are higher becuase you are getting a
head rush from the cigarette. the head rush you get from cigarettes
when you first start smoking them is not a high and its really not even
enjoyable. on the stems/seeds subject, i chew stems sometimes, dont
keep them. i never keep seeds, just cuz i dont have a grow spot and
wont for a while, and when i do grow im gonna get choice seeds, not the
ones i found randomly in some bud i smoked.

I wouldn't save the stems at all, but if it was good grass, I would save the seeds and probably attempt to grow them casually in a flower pot or something (especially if it was pre-dominantly an indica strain).
