I just got a spam email from an online pharmacy (I have actually ordered from them before and they came through) and they seem to be offering a new product they call Female Cialis:

    Female Cialis
Female Cialis represents a serious approach to the problem of female sexual arousal disorder (FSAD) and female sexual dysfunction (FSD), formulated scientifically to provide satisfaction in terms of sexual needs and lasting pleasure.

    Drug Name

    Female Cialis (Ladialis)

I'm having trouble finding any info about this new drug. Anyone heard anything?

Man if you think that's exciting, I've got a disposed Somali Prince to introduce you to...

    It's a scam, there's no such thing.

A medicine that causes female arousal will make the inventor filthy rich.
AFAIK there is no such thing.
Cialis has no effect on libido or arousal, but only affects blood flow to the penis and veneral area. So i much doubt that a cialis analog would have an arousing effect.

Please ask them for the chemical name.

Bojangles I'm sorry to hear about that, come and visit me and I'll make it all better, all you need is a good Scottish man! :p

Yeah I was extremely skeptical when I read it, anyway the site says the chemical name is Ladialis, but I will email them and enquire further, ask for a manufacturer etc.

Really would be great if a female arousal drug existed though, other than the "Lynx effect" (Axe to the rest of the world IIRC) :p

Edit: Some more info on this I found

    "
    How Taken

Female Cialis is an oral prescription; this drug starts working after 45 minutes after its intake. The effect usually lasts up to 12 to 24 hours. Exceeding its recommended dosage may increase its side effects.

    Drug Class and Mechanism

Female Cialis starts working by increasing the required genital blood flow, along with vaginal compliance which results in intensified pleasure during sexual activity.
Women taking the medicine experience increased blood circulation and sensitivity in the vaginal region and this in turn leads to perfect natural lubrication and increased rate of success during intercourse. Symptoms and conditions effecting women can be based on physiological or psychological factors and this treatment can aid in both."

Edit2: I've emailed them and several other sources (a quick Google will bring up multiple sellers but no info, hint hint scam it seems) asking for the chemical name, since I can't find any info on Ladialis or however it was spelled and for the manufacturer's name.

It definately doesn't smell right, I'd be surprised if I even get a single reply from these people.

First of all it's deposed, not disposed. Secondly there is such a thing. It is a new drug that's being brought out. As far as I know the major drug companies are fighting over the patent on it. i'm not sure on the MOA, if they went with it working on the brain to stimulate libido or if it just se3nds more blood to the clitoris making it more sensitive.

Not only is it an image of tadalafil, but it's taken directly from Wikipedia!

Ok well maybe what they did was repackaged cialis and called it Ladialis. It may not be anything new or revolutionary but I don't understand why it's complete B.S. if a woman has increased blood flow in the clitoris, sex would be more pleasurable. it may not make her hornier but that's not what cialis does. or viagra for that matter, all they do as PDE5 Inhibitors is supply bloodflow to the genitals or increase nitric oxide so there's increased bloodflow, however you want to look at it. Also it's not bitterness it's truthness.

If these people had any evidence that this was an effective drug, they wouldn't be doing every thing they can to look like a bunch of scammers. Graphics stolen from Wiki, NO scientific evidence, disclaimers saying they are selling bull shit with no evidence...

Sure, it MIGHT work, but if it did, why is this being sold by some jack ass out of a P.O.box instead of the real drug company that spent millions, if not billions developing this drug? I'll tell you why, because this conman is selling garbage with a fancy name. He is relying on suckers who are dazzled by fancy words but don't understand even the most basic concepts in medicine or the scientific process.

I'm sorry, I just can't for a moment believe this drug wasn't previously tested on woman.

Oh and I'd place bets the "pills" this company are selling are inert, or have some other active ingredient.

I think Ladialis is simply Cialis marketed for ladies (if that's not not too un-pc a word). Cialis might have an effect of increasing blood-flow to the clitoris. It is not a priori unreasonable to assume so, but then as Mr Barnum said, there's a sucker born every minute, and perhaps someone is just waiting another 59 seconds for the next one to come along, with a few dollars to spend!

Probably true Dickon, except the company selling this stuff is NOT the company that currently holds the patent on Cialis... So even if the original drug is good for ladies, this sure isn't the place to buy it.
