My pet spider Ivan has not been able to find a post related whether or not magnesium oxide is positive in any way (if it's the only type of mag. supplement he has) regarding adderall tolerance. He has seen statements like "it's crap" and "don't bother with oxide" and even "oxide makes tolerance higher.

Ivan does not have a prescription for adderall or vyvanse, but uses them regulary and has no problem with the loss of euphoria (even though he would LOVE to have it again).

Ivan found Chelated Calcium Magnesium today at the spider pharmacy.

Ivan was wondering if this is a good version of mag. supplement to help with adderall/vyvanse tolerance?

Also, he took 120 mg of vyvanse at 8 this morning and 50 mg of adderall IR at 12:10. Do these cancel each other out or enhance or cause cross tolerance?

When is the best time to take L-tyrosine? Does it make effect tolerance levels? He seems to feel a smoothing effect after all of his study aids are depleted, but does not want to use it if it truly makes tolerance worse (or higher).

And, when is the best time to take mag. supplements? While on a "study binge" or should he make sure and supplement between?

Ivan says he has checked every search combo he can think of and cannot find the answers he needs. Also, he is a spider and has a hard time reaching all of the keys.

If anyone can help Ivan, he will spin a web with your screen name in it!

Thanks! This is a serious post. If posted in the wrong place, Ivan apologizes. He may have 8 eyes, but he can get a little keyed up about acquiring the correct information.

Ivan forgot to say that he REALLy does not care for vyvanse. It makes him achy along with bad headaches. If supp's help with that, please let him know that information as well.

Well if SWIMs correct vyvanse is a modified form that is practically time released d-amp and adderall is d and l-amp. So yeah it wouldn't cancel out but enhance and of course would cause tolerance.

SWIM has only used mag supps with MDMA but he thought it was typically taken a couple hours before dosing. While doing this he has noticed significantly less/none jaw clenching. However a search suggests taking it daily to build up the amount in your body. You can take a look at:
