Comedown - How do you get rid of the amphetamine hangover

    Is it possible to get rid of the amphetamine and methamphetamine hangovers? They are terrible to say the least :eek:. I had to stop using crank/speed because of this but miss it sometomes :(

    5-htp suppliments (also the body building protein powders containing some essential amino acids) for serotonin levels and l-dopa found in velvet bean, to help re-build dopamine.

    have no idea if speed takes from dopamine or serotonin levels tho.

    all correct. but swim is a frequent user and does not experience hangovers when using.

    key tips (and swim is serious this shit works):

    -WATER. If you are binging or not it doesn't matter swiy needs to constantly be flushing swiy's system.

    -Sleep. yea its nice to be up for a week tweaked out to all hell but that means a hell of a crash ... a deathlike crash that makes u hate life and hate drugs.


    and the MOST important factor imo: WEED

    oh ya. weed is the perfect remedy to stimulate your appetite which and allow you to rest.


    If swiy can manage to drink lots of h20, take supplements and treat the body right, a little toke here and there, and you will feel great all the time speeding or not.

    It also helps to be stress free, that helps a lot with the mental downer that one often gets after binging (again the 5-htp aids with this).

    Swim sais snort a few xanax bars.... works wonders. You will sleep good.
    Swim has found just one 5/500 vicadin works as well. And of course the obvius ~eat food and drink water~

    When swim uses xanax he feels great... + instiant munchies lol ;)

    As a former speeder swimself, I'm gonna agree with the others and say that MARIJUANA is the absolute best cure for the hangover.
    It induces all the things you need to do; drink plenty of water, eat, sleep.
    And it makes it all pleasant to do.

    well here is a story

    Swim had been binging on meth for about 3 days.
    Swim didint touch any for about a day.
    Swim was sober... didint even come down hard.
    About 24 hrs after swim touched any meth he smoked a bowl of weed.
    Swim got higher then he was when he smoked the meth.
    Suddenly swim was on one again, and yes he got some sleep b4 this happened.

    Very strange experience for swim. Swim smoked weed and got a meth high.

    Wasent laced cuz he was with a friend who doesent do meth and swim just wanted to chill.

    Pissed swim off cuz he didint want to be all tweaked out at the time.

    But yea usually weed is good lol, swim just prefers the xanax... its stronger then weed

    Bullshit... What goes up must come down and the higher u go up the harder u fall... thats how it works for swim at least.

    Following is a letter from swim to me:

    I used to get terrible comedowns when i used to get really fucken spun but it was really just the opposite reaction to the extreme high. Now i dont feel the effects near as much and have much more gently comedowns, I have to say i do hate the feeling more and more every time i feel it, i think thats maybe worse.


    I hardly use any more though.

    swim noticed that with prolonged use there is minimal comedown.

    if swim had there system clean they feel the comedown much harder then if they had been smoking it every day

    when binging alot swim reports almost no comedown at all, mabey a bit of depression but no aches

    Swim has to agree with this and just experienced with it few hours ago...
    Little report: 21:30 first line and every other 2 hours till 6 in the morning...Swim felt little mood decrease about every 2 hours (or maybe just want to snort it :D)...but with the last one(probably the biggest) Swim felt really high and didn't even expect any comedown, then went into his home...11:00 played rugby with his friends...felt not really happy about it and not ready to play because of a partial exhastion...although Swim had some problems with breath, his mood was really lifted up...but he got elbowed in his nose and then bleeding :D, also had a terrible spasm in a calf...really enjoyed it though :)

    So being short Swim recommend :

    1. lot of water
    2. some aminoacids (trypthofan, melatonine, tyrosine - Swim found these most important in his opinion)
    3. Vit. C (fruit, vegetable...u know ;))
    4. Excersise helped Swim really much
    If Swiy can't sleep u can look for some relaxation extract or pills...but wtf will trumph meth in your system :laugh:?
    Then Swim has a great exp. with Diazepam and other benzos will also work fine :)

    Hope this will help a bit...

    Swim smokes a lot of weed when he has the comedowns , it rly helps!
    Swim hates benzos , because when he was using meth and he couldn't go to sleep he would pop 1-2benzos it worked wonders , but the next day when he wakes up , you get that horrible lack of energy and the benzos add up to it and it's crippling
    Swim is afraid of benzos ... :(

    Yeah, weed could help Swiy sleep...Swim had to get really drunk and stoned when he was coming down from meth...but from one day Swim stopped smokin that green stuff and rather just lye on the bed the whole night, sometimes when Swim hasn't slept for 2 or 3 days in a row he pops some benzos to finally fall asleep...none of these combinations is really healthy though :D :D

    Hello there.

    FIRST id just like to remind people that EVERYONE is different in body and mind. Therefore not all applies to all.

    I'd like to commend some posts above because they are right about the water food sleep and not sure if I saw it but hygiene. Someone I I know/knew (SIK) would get really frucked up on dope and for days would go with out (or very little) all of the above. It got rely bad for them but they knew they couldn't stop using. So thanks to this site and a little bit from others they got some extremely valuable information.

    For water the is no I way around it. You have to drink it and a lot of it. This person would fill up those milk-gallon jugs of water and make himself drink AT LEAST that between 6-midnight.

    For food they struggled. So they took the easy route and and copied their old work out days-Shakes!
    Very easy and soooo good: 8oz milk, one scoop protein powder, one whole or half banana (crucial for recovery), real natural honey add desired (preferably organic/farmers market) , and ice as desired- Blender not optional.

    This person also ate cheerios with banana for breakfast and snacks.

    Add to this some frozen fish oil gel cap and multi vitamins and you should never see another D Hangover again. This SIK would use Animal Pack at least every pretty fair depending on how much meth would be consumed.

    Of cost this is what I was told.

    Lastly, this person had other friends who just were just simply not cut out for routine or binge meth use.

    This person however worshiped meth because he was able to kick his uncontrollable addiction to opioid pills (oxy and roxy) using nothing but meth in ten days or less. This might sound crazy but meth had some very beneficial properties for this person: computer programmer who words his best code while on this stuff.

    I'm not a heavy partier by any means I "Binge' a few times a year. I don't do week long runs etc. and I only smoke it alone, mainly for the reason lots of guys who live alone do...PORN. Anyway, after a few bad crashes I came up with great system to eliminate your Meth Hangover. Will this work as well if you've been up a week , I don't know Ive never done that but it couldn't hurt. Of course it all depends on someones personal chemistry

    BEFORE
    Have a good meal

    of course WATER. Keep yourself hydrated before during and after

    VITAMINS - I take a combination of HTP, L Tyrosine and B6 and B12 (liquid) at the beginning of my run and repeat every three or four hours minus the (L Tyrosine) that's every 12 hours These supplements will help refill the Dopamine your depleting This will go a LONG way to keep you from getting depressed and anxious after you stop.

    AFTER
    If you're up ALL NIGHT, Do NOT go to sleep during the next day WAIT until you normally go to sleep Do not disrupt that pattern.

    Eat breakfast the same time you always eat breakfast. Instant oatmeal is great it has carbs easy to eat and it will help you to sleep

    SHOWER -

    POT (ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL)

    EXERCISE

    I just used this system again and it worked great.I got up at 6:00 am THURSDAY like I usually do. I didn't start partying until 11:00 PM and partied until 6:00 am FRIDAY.

    Took a shower, had breakfast normal time, Watched some "relaxing videos" (google it) Listen to some relaxing music' (SMOKED POT)

    Kept up my vitamins and water

    Had a big carb dinner and went to sleep 9:00 PM Friday. By that time I had been up 40 hours straight but just smoking for seven of them. I sept nine hours straight through, no tossing and turning. Got up, went the gym. Came home had breakfast as usual and I feel back to normal already. Try this. If you're not a HEAVY Partier I think this formula works great

    That just happened to me yesterday and I ended up getting another dub, all gone and ive been smoking indicia shatter (marijuana concentrate), crashed out for a bit but got that feeling again so I drank vodka and smoked more. Pretty much any depressant will work in the correct dosage and ingestion method.
